L: Warning! GirlxGirl! I've done a few BoyxBoy and I decided to pull this off my rack (haha rack XD) and put it back on the shelves. This was inspired by Barry Lyga's "The Astonishing Adventures of Fanboy and Gothgirl" comic book geek falls for goth girl. etc. I realized...I had fallen for my best friend. Sounds cheesy huh? But it's true I have the biggest crush on her...even when she's pissed and yelling...so I dedicate this to her. You don't know it...but I love you.. *blushes*
Enjoy! Comment! Vote! Mwah!

"There are over a million things in this life that I want... But only four made it to my top five."

"The First is Mad as a Hatter"

My head stays in the clouds about 99.8% of the time. The other 1.1% is where I'm focused on my poetry. A lot of it is dark and quite dreary. I think of myself as the female Edgar Allan Poe; my true inspiration and idol. A lot of people will call him insane or mental. Idiots! All of them are worthless morons (basically the entire world anyway.) Poe was a genius; an absolutely, perfectly corrupted soul. Sure, he saw demons that chased him and tried to kill him even if no one else noticed them. That doesn't hardly imply in any way that he was insane. What it implies is that Poe had a great power that none appreciated or cared about. He could see into a different world.. A world full of demons, monsters, enchanting women, dreams and nightmares. He... he looked into a sort of dreamworld that completely entices my imagination. Sometimes, I lay awake at night, wondering, dreaming, about this world.

"Those who dream by day are cognizant to many things that escape those who dream only by night." -Edgar Allan Poe.

Truly, this causes me to think: If Poe dreamed by day does that mean demons are among the things that escape those who dream by night? Do daydreamers see what he saw? I like to think so, which might explain why I am failing most of my boring classes taught by morons to more morons and future teaching morons. I usually look forward and let my vision blur into nothingness, my mind racing with wonderful creatures and new stories. By the time I return to reality, class is almost always over and I'm walking out, writing a new poem in my little black book.

Anyway, my four things... the first and most important is to become a famous poet, kind of like Poe. It isn't unreasonable really. I don't mind if people call me "insane" or a "freak" because, let's face it, it happens on a daily basis. Most, though, have learned that I am not a force to be reckoned with. Especially on Mondays...
