14. The Robbery

*Selena POV*

Fernando went to our doctor and apologized to me. The doctor said he was on some drug.
When me and Fernando were together this happened when he was drugged or drunk.

I forgave him then and now I don't feel like forgiving him. I would cry myself to sleep whenever this happened. But I didn't this time.

I have to stay more days here in the jefes house but it's not easy being a leader that's a girl. Everyone wants to get at you because they wanna take your place.

Haven't talked to Alejandro in 3 days. I texted him, called him, FaceTimed him, and Dm him but I didn't get any response.

"COAST IS CLEAR!" Giggles shouted

"EVERYONE  PUT YOUR HANDS WHERE I CAN SEE THEM! STAY ON THE GROUND IF YOU DONT WE'LL SHOOT YOU." I shouted to the customers who were previously shopping

Then I saw someone very familiar.

I squinted my eyes and thought I saw Alejandro with a girl. But I think it's just a person that looks like him... I must be tripping.. because I miss him like crazy..

"Please don't shoot us." The lady said with her daughter

Shit I feel horrible right now...

I kneeled down to them "I won't hurt you, I promise." I pinky promise her but the mother looked at me like I was crazy

The little girl gave a  terrifying smile to me but I waved bye.

"You got all the money." I got 3 duffle bags

Loko nodded " Aye we finna get famous like the people in here." He laughed grabbing the other duffle bags

I looked at him like he was stupid but again I didn't think much of it..

It happened so fast I ran out the store with the duffle bags and loaded everything in the car. The store alarms went off right after we left. We had to hurry before the police came and took us to prison.

We went to the Jefes house and counted the money. 567,546 dollars was the total, then we got a call that our shipment came and the rest of the homeboys went to fetch it already.

Giggles nudged me and said " Cheers to our Jefa." Raising a beer bottle in the air

I raise mine up and everyone said "Cheers to our Jefa."

We we're talking and chilling in the backyard when we heard a driveby.

"Guys get down." I shouted pushing them to the floor

After the gunshots weren't heard

"Is everyone good?" I asked looking around

"FUCK loko got shot on the chest." Loka aka lady loko shouted putting pressure on the wound

Shit

"Call the doctor." I shouted getting up and helping her

"Man loko stay with me compa we need you." I slapped him several times to get him to stay up

"Take care of Loka for me Selena." He said gripping my hand

"No no no . You're gonna be here don't act stupid loko come on." I said shaking him trying not to break down in tears

The doctor came and took him.

The homegirls and homeboys are waiting for the doctor to give us any Information.

"Loko is fine he just needs rest, you called me at the right time because loko wouldn't have been here." The doctor said

"Thank you very much doctor." I thanked him handing him his payment

Everyone went to bed and I stayed up thinking of what I saw earlier.. was it him?

I turned on my phone and got so many texts from Sandra, my sister, and lastly Alejandro

Sandra🤞🏼❤️: Where are you? You suppose to come home today.

Sandra 🤞🏼❤️: nena if you don't answer me I will go over there right now and fuck you up.

Sandra🤞🏼❤️: i can't because I am at Fenix house but i will in the morning if I have to.

Mariana🎀🔫: sis I am coming next week for Thanksgiving break.

Mariana 🎀🔫: answer me please

Mi amor 💕: hey sorry ive been busy. Just know whatever happens to me You are always will be in my heart and i miss you so much.

Mi amor 💕: Some gang came and robbed a store today where I was at. Just hope you are safe and sound.

Mi amor 💕: answer me when you can.

Mi amor 💕: I am worried

Mi amor 💕: please don't be mad at me because I haven't talked to you.

So he was there.. with a girl..?

I shut my phone off and fell asleep.
