STEVEN POV

It's been a while since I had spoken to (Y/N)..maybe a couple weeks..I don't know why but she/he has been shutting me out, like if she/he doesn't even know me! I don't know if I did something to hurt her/his feelings..I hope I didn't...I want to go talk to her/him..

Ok, I am currently talking to (Y/N) it's been a couple minutes, we both are sitting down on a bench..we weren't really talking..more like look at each other for a split second then look away.

So I randomly ask "has anything been going on lately?" (Y/N) looks suprised that I said that...then she/he responds with "what do you mean by that.." I was confused...what does she/he mean by 'what do you mean by that"?

I didn't say anything till I realized what (Y/N) meant by that then I say "like, are people bullying you at school? Has something happen to your family? Did I do something?"

READER POV

After a couple minutes after I said 'what do you mean by that' Steven then said "like, are people bullying you? Has something happen to your family? Did I do something?" I was kinda shooked that he said that..but I quickly respond with "you have done nothing..it's just..I am stressed about school.."

I wasn't lying when I said that, I am stressed about school. One, the bullying. Two, the homework. (Sorry if you like homework and it's easy for you) three, I only have two friends now..Connie and Steven, though Connie will be gone for a couple of weeks because she went on a trip with her family..

..Steven...well..I have a crush on him, that's the main reason I don't want him to worry about me and be all stressed about what happens to me while I am at school...

Steven then has the nerve to ask me "are you being bullied at school?" He grabs my arm lightly which I flinch in pain as I have cuts on my arms. Steven obviously notices this.."is there something wrong with your arm?" He asked me letting go of my arm and looking right at me with worry.

I immediately say..."
