You turned around to see "Hey Neji" "So what's up with you two?" You just smiled at him "He's part of my past before father moved us here" you told him and the two of you walked to your car "What are you doing here so late?"You asked him "working late," Neji told you "Do you ever not work?" "Rarely," he said opening your car door for you "Thank you again for today," he said "Anytime Neij," you told him before getting into your car "Drive safe," he said closing your door before you could say anything else. You just sighed before starting your car up and headed home. Once you pulled into your driveway you spotted a black car you never saw before. It was a jet black 67 Plymouth Roadrunner you just stared at it in awe. You got out locked your car and just looked at the car beside yours the windows were rolled down so you got a good few of the ordinal seats everything was exactly how it should be "Like it?" You heard a very deep voice ask you which spooked you, you spun around to be face to face with a man with short orange hair bright purple eyes, and piercings in his face "Ummm..." "I heard you were the best one to come to" "Wh..." You started but he cut you off "I'm not sure what's wrong with her," he said starring at you "Why are you here?" You asked the man "Oh right. My name is..." " I know who you are, but why are you here so late?" You asked him crossing your arms, seeing at it was already 8p.m, "I was informed of a great mechanic," he told you "I assumed you were her considering this is the address I was given," He told you "I don't work on cars for strangers, besides it's too late tonight," you told him, you hated this yes you loved working on cars but honestly it's just a hobby or something you do for friends "Clearly I'm not a stranger since you know who I am, and no one else knows what the hell they are doing around here" that made you giggle just a bit " I'm not the best, but I'll tell you Who is," you said and grabbed a pen and paper from your purse and wrote down an address "Here, go talk to with Matt or Arya. They own the shop called Moon n Star's," you told him handing him the paper "Tell them Suki sent you and they will be happy to help you," you told him before walking away from him. You heard him getting in his car "It's a shame you won't work on. I've heard great things from Itachi about you" The man said before he left which shocked you *Itachi has never seen my work on anything* You thought to yourself before entering your house. Once inside you made sure to lock your door then headed up the stairs to take a relaxing bath. You pulled out your night clothes then walked into your bathroom and started the water when your phone went off you picked it up off your dresser 
*One New Message: Shisui * 
You sighed before opening 'What is going on between you and Itachi? He seems depressed and hasn't been himself today
You sent him a message back 'Have no clue. Haven't talked to him since this afternoon' you sent back getting ready for your bath when it went off again 'Well did he sound different? It's strange to see him like this was the message you got back you quickly replyed ' Idk, he asked me to go out with him again tonight but I told him I had plans and couldn't tonight. I just got home' You sent it back before you put your phone back on the counter by your sink and got in the bath about five minutes you heard it go off again but just sighed *Ugh..I'll message him back when I'm done* You thought to yourself. You finally got out of the bath and started to dry off and changed into a pair of short black shorts and a baggy purple tee shirt then you picked up your phone not reading the new message you found Itachi's number on your phone and called him 
"Hello" He answered on the third ring
"Hey, what's going on with you?" You asked him cutting right to the point 
"Hmm..what do you mean?" 
"Shiusi messaged me saying you've been down today," you told him brushing your hair out
"I don't know why he said that for," Itachi said back
"How did your plans go today?" He asked before you could say anything else 
"Good," You told him
"Why didn't you tell me you had a date tonight?" That shocked the hell out of you
"What are you talking about?" You asked him walking down the stairs
"I saw you at that cafe" 
"Oh that haha that wasn't a date Itachi"
"That's not what it looked like," He said with anger in his voice
"Look, it wasn't a date, not even close to it. I'm not some whore who dates guys just for the fun of it" you told him, you hated to be accused of something, you saw headlights pull into your driveway when you walked past your window
"I'll see you at work in the morning Mr. Uchiha," You told him before hanging up the phone before he could say anything watching the person that pulled in shut the car off and get out because it's now dark you couldn't see who it was but you didn't take your eye off the person they knocked on the dark "Suki it's me" You heard you walked over to the door and opened it there was Gaara standing there with his head down he was wearing blue jeans with a black fannel that was un-buttoned showing his chest off since he wasn't wearing a shirt under it "Gaara, what a.." "I came to apologize for that kiss," He said not looking at you "Gaara look at me," You told him placing a hand on his shoulder he looked up at you "Come inside and let's talk," You told him smiling at him and moved so he could come in, you shut the door behind him and locked the door back as he made his way over to the chair and took a seat "I'm reall.." "Oh shut up," You told him crossing your arms which made his head snap up to look at you, and watched as you walked over to the couch and took a seat "Gaara.." You stopped when your phone started to ring again you looked at it to see it was Itachi calling you back "Ain't you going to answer it?" Gaara asked you "No, he pissed me off," You told him to which he tilted his head "Do you remember Tai and Loki?" "How could I forget," Gaara said glaring which made you smile "I helped Neji pull off a deal with them today and Tai asked me to catch up with him," You said "A date?" "Come on you know better than that you dork" "Sorry" "Anyway I guess Itachi saw us and assumed I was on a date instead of talking to me first," You told him "Wrong move," Gaara said smiling a little "Yeah so it's not the best idea for me to talk to him tonight," You told him "Besides me and you need to fix things," You said looking at him "About the kiss.." You held up your hand "Gaara your my best friend in the world" You told him before taking a breath in. You should've told him this years ago but couldn't do it "I don't want to ruin this by taking a leap of faith" You said looking at the floor "I mean I've always found you attractive but neither of us took that step until yesterday." you told him "That's why I wanted to talk to you Suki" Gaara said standing up and walking over to the couch to sit by you and sighed "I don't want things to get wired between us I don't want to take that leap unless we both agree and really talk about it. However, I do want you to know that I do love you and I just want you to be happy Suki" He said kinda quick but you caught every word "I just don't think I go through that again besides I kinda like Itachi" That made Gaara jump up "What do you see in that man? Why him? Why not Neji or Kiba hell even Sasuke?" he asked you not yelling just tensed "Because Neji is like you, Sasuke has Naruto and Kiba well...Kiba is a play-boy," You said looking at him "It's just I don't understand why him? He's arrogant and such a...a.." "A gentleman? Kind? Opposite from me?" you asked standing up "His different Gaara. He's not like Tyson, he's not like us" "That's why I hate him, Suki. He is such an I'm-better-than-everyone-else type" Gaara said "No Gaara he really isn't." You sighed and thought about it "Matt got hit by a truck a while back, without a thought Itachi gave Matt, a strange to him, his blood and saved Matt's life" You told him which made Gaara look at you "Whatever you've heard about the man isn't the truth it's lies Gaara, he really is a good man" You told him "Why are you defending him you're pissed at him" "I'd be pissed at you if you accused me of something jerk" You told him which made him stop before laughing at you "What's so funny?" "You. I've never seen you so defending of someone besides me" He said still laughing "You've got it bad for him Suki" He said looking at you "Ugh you're impossible" you told him which made him stop laughing "And you wouldn't have me any other way now would you?" He asked you "*Sigh* You're right" "Just one last thing," He said, "If this thing between you two don't work out...about us..well..umm..." "Give it a go?" You asked him watching him "Yea...I mean if you want to" He said "Just don't do things to mess this up just to get your shot" You told him "Hey I'm just the best friend, Might even ask someone out" "Ohhh so you have someone that caught your eye?" You asked him "No. Not yet" He said.
