Scarlet Macaws are the kind of parrots which look like they are made of rainbow.They live in central and south America,southeastern Mexico,the Peruvian Amazon,Bolivia,Venezuela and Brazil.Scarlet Macaws are about 32 inches long and 2.2 pounds.They live up to 90 years in captivity and eat large amounts of poisonous fruits.they also eat nuts, seeds,and large amounts of clay which neutralizes the effects.You usaully see then in the wild by themselves but you may see thems in flocks once in a while.
