So James my other ex boyfriend called me up asking if I wanted to have a chat and get a ice coffee or hot my choice on him . I said yes obviously clearly I still love him it's never going to change and if it did then oh well I guess. I knew this was more about savanna than getting back together with me . Who knew a silly prank could go so wrong and I'd lose my boyfriend. I did kiss Andrew back tho and I really shouldn't but he's just toxic his ocean blue eyes and blonde hair and he looked good in his marine uniform 24/7!! It really is enough to just drive me wild and I think ever since we broke up he knew that !! I got dressed for coffee and told Andrew to call up Emma if he wants to go back to work but he shook his head - we need father and daughter time together. I blushed red when he said those words out loud and he ask - ya good ? Me - yeah I'll be back later bye 👋 I rushed out the door 🚪. Meeting up with James was kinda nerve racking honestly we've only been broke up a few days now though so I'm gonna have to just suck it up and I'm gonna have to talk to him . I pulled up to the coffee shop and hop outta my car - hey you what's up? James hugs me - hey just wanted to talk I'll buy ya a coffee come on let's go . We went into the coffee shop and I let him buy me a ice coffee and sat down at a table. I wonder what Cody is doing he's sooo cute. I ran into him at the mall that's how we met . He's dreamy and honestly I am super happy he is now going to our school 🏫 Kayla text me - hey got a minute to talk?! Are you mad at me and brook ?! Me - hey no I'm not it's just hard to take sides when you're both my best friends you it's a ton of pressure on me if you're both not speaking. We sat at the coffee shop and just chat about life James said he's not really looking to be in a new relationship anytime soon and I told him same for me but I did admit to him the new guy caught my eye. James- why don't you ask him out ? If he's sending you vibes then I totally would just ask and you know kelsie got her eyes on me and Andrew but mostly Andrew. Me - that's basically her way of telling you I'm over ya good looks . James laughs- definitely and I'm super happy about it . Me - I bet you are . I really don't want to date anybody right now but if I catch feelings for Cody then don't stop me. James- I thought ya were gonna day stop me . Me laughing- you're sooo funny James . Just then this girl walked into the coffee shop and I knew it was Mia she's a red head with freckles it's really not hard to miss her and James was blushing red like crazy and I say - who are you checking out ? James- that girl over there she's super cute do ya know her ?! Is she single? Me - yeah that's Mia she's single she's never had a boyfriend. She's besties with me Kayla and brook and Hannah and Sarah . James- I'm drooling like a dog I should probably stop . Me - yeah stop you're embarrassing me. Mia - hi Ashley !! We've been spotted! Hi bestie ! I wave her over to our table. Mia - are you on a date with James ?! He blushed red - I took her on a coffee date but she has to go home to savanna. Mia - right ! I totally forgot she has a daughter. Me getting up - I'm gonna head out now actually but Mia keep him company. Mia blushes red - sure no problem Ashley bye 👋. I knew she liked him . I actually ship them together. James- so tell me more about you I heard my ex boyfriend say to my bestie as I was heading out the door I wink at Mia and she winks back at me. James- bye ash thanks for having coffee with me ! Me - welcome! Bye ! Have a blast with Mia ! And with that I left and 8 missed calls from brook wonder what's happening. I decided to call her up - hey I was out on a coffee date that turned into Mia's date what's up?! Brook - well who's so important that you're phone is shut off and please don't say it's one of ya ex boyfriends! Omg she sound super pissed 😤 should I come over I asked . Brook- I'm having a complete and total anxiety attack about this !! I know Kayla likes him but Zack has always been mine and I blew up on her when I saw them kissing. Brook laughing- well I'm excited to watch Zack and Kayla breakup idk about you and if you run into Mia tell her I'm sooo happy for her ! Me - okay I will so do you wanna hang out today? Brook - I'm really busy shopping for a hot outfit and I'm gonna invite Mia on over if she's down for it and she can paint my nails 💅. Me - okay have fun with that !!! I hung up on her and drive back home 🏡. Andrew- hey we're have ya been ?! Help me !!! She's been crying for you the whole entire day ! Me - awe come here baby cakes I took my daughter savanna into my arms. Andrew- faint god I'm sooo happy ya are back !!!!! How did things go with James ? Are you guys cool ? Me - we're staying friends yeah she didn't drink any milk yet ? Andrew sighs - no she misses her mother ya try giving it to her he hands me the bottle and I take it - hey beautiful want a drink I put the bottle of milk up to savanna lips and she took it and drank some milk . Andrew- I'm taking a five hour nap ! He goes into the bedroom. I laughed- you tired daddy right out didn't ya ?!!! Emma called me- hey do you want me to watch savanna Right now so you can spend time with your friends? Me - sure that actually sounds like a wonderful idea drop by now and Andrew is sleeping so if he wakes tell him I went to sort out the bff drama !! Emma - okay I'll be over in 5 minutes or less . Faint god I text brook then Kayla that I wanna meet up and I told Kayla leave Zack at home 🏡. Hint . Hint . She knew what is about to go down she text me- I'm not meeting up with ya if she's going to be there !!!!! Me - shut up and come to the restaurant it's fancy and has wine 🍷. Kayla- wine ! Okay I'm gonna get dressed up now bye see you there send me the address. Me - okay girl !!!! Well this better end up well .....I'm telling you right now it's not gonna end very well if red wine is involved brook is a pro boxer who drinks and smokes and Kayla is more a troublemaker but when brook is around she can be a troublemaker along with brook !
