The story is about a girl that loves playing the flute who entered into a music school for rich people. She is Zoey. Her parents are living in abroad. Zoey is the only one whose here. She is staying in a dormitory inside the school and she is a high school student. She is in class 4-B, the second highest section in their level. Zoey is popular in school because she is good in playing the flute and she always plays the flute nicely and also because she is cute.
Zoey loves the flute so much and it is her favorite instrument. Zoey is a simple girl and she has a good attitude. She has two best friends, Annie and Wenddy. Her friends are very close to her and her friends are very helpful and caring for her, they are also her room mates in the dormitory.
Since Zoey is good in playing the flute she always competes in playing the flute and she always win. Zoey has a rival, Carl. Zoey and Carl are always competing for the first place whenever they compete with each other. In this year they are competing for the first place to compete with other representatives from other schools. Zoey is reaching for her goal to win in the contest so that she can compete with the other representatives from other schools.
Carl is in class 4-A the highest section in their level. Carl is a good person but he is not sociable and he does not like talking with his friends freely and he cannot express his own thoughts by talking to someone, he expresses his thoughts by playing the flute or by music. Carl has few friends because of his attitude but still plenty of girls admire him and have a crush on him, he’s also popular in all the girls in the campus because of his looks and also because he is so cool.
In each section there will be one representative to compete with the other sections and there will be chosen as partners for the competition with other schools. The categories for partners are flute, violin, electric guitar and other musical instruments. In Zoey’s section she is the winner for the flute and for Carl’s section he is the winner. Both of them are chosen to play the flute for the competition.
One Sunday morning when Zoey, Annie and Wenddy are in their room in the dormitory, Annie and Wenddy asked Zoey a favour that if she could let them meet Carl personally because Annie and Wenddy has a crush on Carl. The next day, since Zoey always see Carl in their meetings she let her best friends meet Carl. The next day when Zoey was running and Carl was slowly walking, they accidentally bumped each other then the two of them fell down into the grounds, then Carl hurriedly stand up then he helped Zoey get up. Many people saw what happened to them then all the girls in the school were shocked because Carl helped Zoey.
Carl said to Zoey “Why are you running so fast?” then Zoey said “I wasn’t running very vast, it was you who’s running very fast…!”, then the people who heard them laughed. The two of them got embarrassed so they just proceed to their classrooms and they just forget what happened.
Another day has passed then it’s a new day again, when all of the representatives in each class were called to the music department office to have a meeting about the upcoming contest in their school. All of the representatives in each class have already arrived then they started the meeting. The speakers from other schools are also in the meeting and they will be the one who’s going to explain what will happen in the upcoming contest in each music school. The speaker told the students that there will be categories and different rounds in the competition. The students were very shocked because there will be a one partner for each kind of instrument. The speaker has the official copy of the students who will be partners. He started announcing then Carl and Zoey are partners for the competition. Both of them cannot believe that they are chosen as partners.
After the meeting has finished, they go to the office then they complained about both of them being partners. The chairman told them that if they don’t like, then they should not be one of the participants on the competition. The two of them quickly change their mind and said “Oh…, sorry for the disturbing you. Please don’t mind what we said to you…..” then the chairman laughed at them and place his hands on their heads and said “You know you should always think first before talking, you should know what you are saying”. Zoey and Carl didn’t know what the chairman is talking about.
