Chapter 19: District (地区)

Uzui poses while no one said a thing.

You sighed and pinched the rim of your nose.
"Must you always do this, you're embarrassing yourself" you said.

"Ah? I gotta show the scrubs who's boss (y/n). If not they won't listen"
"I'm pretty sure they zoned out on your whole 'god' speech" you closed your eyes and sighed.

Soon Tanjiro raises his hand.
"What exactly do you rule over as a god?" He asked.
"Nice question. (Y/n), is he with you? I have high hopes for him"

"I'm her boyfriend!" Tanjiro says.
"What the!" Zenitsu got surprised.

You choke on your own spit and blushed. You wanted to keep it a secret. Personal. Business!

Uzui looks surprised and turns to you.
"Boyfriend, huh? I didn't know you liked them young, (y/n). And for a second there, I thought you'd grow old and alone like a cat lady"

"W-what makes you think that! A-and he's not that young...I mean we're only...three years apart?"

You were flustered and couldn't think as you count with your fingers. Uzui laughs finding how amusing it was to see you like that.

"Did you two do it already?" He asked.
"Wha!" You blushed even harder.

Zenistu was showing his death aura.
"Damn you, Tanjiro. How could you do this! To steal away a rare goddess! You must be a sick person! You must be punished for your sins!"
"Wh-what did I do...?"

Fact, that is the first time Uzui ever sees you all embarrassed. He usually sees you every time in pillar meetings or visits in general looking serious.

He knew you were definitely Giyuu's sister, but there had to be some flaw.

"All right, settle down, I'm not gonna judge. Anyways, I'm the god who rules over flamboyance. The god of festivities" he says.

"You're the god of morons..." you mumbled.
"I am the king of the mountain. Nice to meet you, god of festivities" Inosuke said.

It was plain out silent. Uzui never asked for Inosuke's title.
"What are you talking about...you're just disgusting" Uzui said.

Zenistu was shocked. While Inosuke was arguing with Uzui, you wanted to move.

"Can we please get a move on, the wisteria house isn't far from the district so let's hurry"

"All right, we'll get prepared there. You three follow us"

You take the lead in running, once the three boys were about to run, they were appalled to see Uzui gone.

But soon he was seen far away with you on the tail.
"Whoa! There so far away! They look as small like sesame seeds!"

"So this is the power of the festivity god...!" Inosuke said.
"No, that guy is the pillar Uzui Tengen" Tanjiro said.

At wisteria houses, people who live there help demon hunters and ask nothing in return.

Uzui instructs the wisteria people what to get. Soon after that, you all sat down and hear the plan.

"Once we infiltrate the red light district, we first have to look for my wife. I'll be looking around for information on the demon as well"
