St.Halls,New York just 24 miles from New York City itself.They have blocked off the city from any civilian life outside it due to some air pollution causing the citizens living in the city to mutate into someone else.My sister y/n and I have been stressed because our dad James hasnt returned home because he had to pass through the city to get home.
