Emily O. asks: I've been looking for an older anime to watch? I need some old school, if you know what I mean. What do you recommend?

Poniesaremybffs: Old anime is the chizz lemme tell ya. I haven't seen very many, but it sure beats some of the fanservice-filled stuff we get nowadays. (I'm still kind of peeved about Soul Eater Not!, I mean really.)

Okay, I've got five for you.

Cowboy Bebop. I mean, if you consider yourself an anime fan, you kind of have to watch Cowboy Bebop. It was literally the first English dub actually recognized as such. It turned the tides for American views of anime.

Pokemon. Do I even have to explain? I didn't think so.

Naruto. Can we just let it sink in that Naruto is now being considered a classic and has ended. They all had babies. Life is over.

Peach Girl. Old-timey anime. Romance. Ridiculous characters I mean wow what the heck.

Trigun. VASH BBY I LOVE YOU UGH. (also, who names a kid Knives and doesn't expect the baby to go AWAL????)
