Like all the time. Every time she gets excited she bounces and does silly little jigs. Especially when she wants to tell someone something she's happy about.
Little gremlin stands there kicking her feet and swinging her arms with a sheepish grin on her face while she's trying to hold in her joy.
And when she's really really excited she bubbles her voice. Makes her super fun to be around.
