After a year and a half sasuke decided it was time to go home.Sasuke was walking outside Konoha after spending time traveling the world trying to atone for the things he had done.

I haven't been home in a while I wonder what naruto has been doing since I left.-Sasuke
I bet Sakura and all the other girls are still obsessed with me. -Sasuke
Sasuke sighed at the thought about how annoying it was going to be seeing Sakura, he didn't have true feeling for her.
My mission is to help Naruto on his journey to become the hokage and keep peace in this world.-Sasuke
It was midday and just as sasuke was talking to himself he saw Naruto standing by the gate.

Hey Sasuke longtime no see let's go get ramen at ichiraku.- Naruto
Sasuke just nodded with a small smirk.
They both started walking through the village quietly.
So sasuke how was your trip? Did you do anything interesting?- Naruto

Naruto it wasn't just some vacation, it was a way for me to help repair the damage I had done to the world and to understand more about myself and the Shinobi world.-Sasuke

Naruto just nodded and looked away scratching the back of his head as he always does.
I did see many great things and have started to feel like maybe I can one day forgive myself for the harm I caused...-Sasuke
looked at ichiraku an got excited and ran inside and Bam!

Ino looked up at naruto
Naruto you should watch where you are going. I know you need ramen just how like everyone needs air but come on.- Ino

Naruto looked up at her blushing and looking sheepishly.
Well Ino I didn't mean to— Naruto was interrupted
Is that Sasuke?-Ino
Sasuke just stared blankly before sitting down.
Yeah he just got back today and we decided to eat some ramen-Naruto
Ino and naruto got up and sat next to Sasuke.

Have you reported to the hokage yet Sasuke?-Ino
No I will when I feel like it, besides I'm sure Kakashi is busy with paperwork.-Sasuke
That's true, he has been extra busy since him and Shizune started dating.-Ino
Sasuke choked on his ramen and looked at Ino.
Kakashi.. and shizune are together?- Sasuke
Yeah it happened while you were gone.-Ino
Naruto sat looking confused.
Ino are you sure they are dating I think I would have noticed.
Sasuke smirked and ink bursted out laughing.
Naruto you are still as thick headed as ever-Sasuke
Sasuke, come on I'm not that bad about relationships and stuff.- Naruto
Naruto I bet this bowl of ramen has more relationship knowledge than you do.-Sasuke
Sasuke Naruto isn't that clueless I mean he has moved on from Sakura so that's a start.-Ino
Sasuke smirked slightly.
Good job loser you moved on from the girl that had no interest in you.-Sasuke
Actually Sasuke I have been trying to find a way to talk to another girl.-Naruto
Oh yeah and who would that be?-Sasuke
Ino was listening closely while eating her ramen, hoping Naruto said it was her.
Well Sasuke with Ino here I don't wanna say, you know how she gossips-Naruto
I don't do that do I?-Ino
Yeah you do go ask anyone right now, I think I saw Sakura with Tenten go ask them-Naruto
Fine I will-Ino
Ino walked out in a hurry.
So Sasuke I really like Ino and I'm not sure what to do-Naruto
Well have you tried talking to her or asking her out?-Sasuke
She is always with her friends and I really don't wanna look dumb.-naruto
You do a good job of that yourself, come on let's go visit Kakashi so I can check in from my mission.- Sasuke
Sasuke and Naruto leave and head to the hokage tower.
