It was five days ago since that happen and I only have a week before I fly to Washington for college. And this time I hope to fly without any bad feelings before I leave this place.

I woke up feeling a little bit better. " Darling " I looked at the door and It was mom. " I'm sorry about last night " she said gloomy. " No don't be sorry mom I am good now , Just-just let's not talk about that anymore and move forward okay? " I said and she smiled. " That's what I like about you honey , you're kind and mature at that age "

" Mom , I'm turning eighteen next year so that means I'll be an adult? or semi adult? whatever " then we laughed at my statement. We are eating lunch when my mom remembered something.

" Oh I forgot that your dad needs this! can you bring this to him? " I looked at the red bag and nod.

" just don't bump to that princess okay honey? " she said worried and I smiled and nodded.

I arrived at the castle and it was monday but I heard that the family is celebrating Amber's debut privately now , just their royal family because yesterday is the public celebration , whatever. I walked passed the gates and the guards knew me already so It's easy to go in. I asked where my dad is and he said he was In the cabin.

I went there and hugged him before I gave him the red bag. " Thank you darling , did you eat? " he said " Yes dad , me and mom ate already " he nodded and started opening the red bag and it was his lunch. " Dad I'm gonna get going okay? eat well , I love you " I said kissing his left cheek.

" Okay be careful going home " he said and smiled.

So I was walking when someone called my name " Wait! Charlotte! " Ugh not gonna bump to any royals today so I looked at the blue eyed prince and run as fast as I can. But when I was close to the gate the guards closed It so I stopped. I turned back and faced him " What do you want? " I said crossing my arms in front of my chest.

" Uhm nothing " he said and smiled so I turned my back on him " Can you please open the gates? " I said to the royal guards " sorry but we won't open this unless the prince said so " I stomped my feet and faced him again and there I saw a prince smiling cheekily. " Can you please adam? I need to go " I said Irritated.

" Well If that's the case , I'm coming with you " He then took off his coat and I closed my eyes and when I opened my eyes he is now wearing casual clothes. " You don't have to do that , I have clothes inside " he said putting his face mask. " Well I didn't know you have so can I go now? "

" Yup " then he looked at the guards " royal gate guards open the gates " He said with authority giving his coat to one of the guards. The moment the gates opened I hurriedly ran but he caught my arm. " I said I'm going with you " I rolled my eyes at him. " You're annoying " I said walking and he walked with me. " Hey " he trailed off " Are we okay? you changed a bit tho , from my observations " he said stopping in his steps.

" People change " I said looking straight at him and walked , leaving him behind. Did I really change? Nah I'm still Charlotte , I said to myself continue walking. but then he walked fast and stood in front of me making me stop. " What are y-- " I was cut " I'm sorry " he said looking at straight at me with his blue eyes but It was a bit sad this time.

Then he walked past me, going back and I stood there frozen in my place. I can't understand what is happening. I looked back and he was walking back and I don't know what happened , all I know Is I ran to him and hugged him from the back.

" Charlotte " I really like it when my name is coming out of his lips. " A-adam I-I'm sorry I'm not just in the mood right now " I said and buried my face on his back. He turned around and put his hands on my shoulders.

" I understand , but please don't do that again? you made me scared " he gives me an assuring smile and we decided to eat at a pizzeria. We ordered and now eating peacefully. " I miss having friendly dates with you " he said " yeah hehe " I laughed awkwardly going back to eating.

" Do you have a boyfriend? " I choked at that so I hurriedly drink my Iced tea. " Oh are you okay? I shouldn't ask such things " I waved my hands no while still recovering. " Uhm no I do not have one , you? " he nodded also " I may get engaged with another princess or something " he said , and I nod " Well that girl sure is lucky "

He chuckled " Why tho? " I shrugged my shoulders and take a bite. And I remembered that I only have a week left here. " Are you going back to Washington? " I nodded " For college? Why not here? " I munched the last piece " I just wanted to " I say nonchalantly.

" You're leaving me again? " he said in a sad tone and I chuckled " It's not like you're-- " he cut me off that made me silent " Yeah I'm gonna miss you " my heart beats faster than usual , this was one of the reasons I didn't want to happen when I came back here.

I don't want to like him as much as I like him before. I left this place to distract myself and to forget my feelings for him but It turns out that my feelings were back , I guess my feelings didn't leave after all , I was just distracted so I didn't pay attention to that. And I admit that I still think of Adam back in the states.

I got home and went straight to my room, I changed to my pajamas and tied my hair. I was fixing my bed when something knocked on my window. And it's a shadow so I held the broom inside my room ready for chaos.

I opened it and WHAM! " Ouch! " I was shocked of who HE was. " W-what are you doing here?! " I said to the blue eyed prince in front of me. " My god I'm sorry , I thought you are a robber or something " that emergency ladder to my window is kinda not that good , well incase of fire?

" So why are you here? " He sat on my bed and pat the spot next to him. " I-I have something to tell you? " I nodded looking at him. " and what is that? is it that important that you-- "

" I like you charlotte " I was frozen and checking if I heard that right , I ended laughing " Y-you " I pointed at him " You're joking aren't you? Oh my god Adam April fools is finished already " I said jokingly then when I looked at him he was staring with his pair of blue enchanting and inviting eyes.

" I'm serious " he said that made me silent . " I--uhm-ah " I looked anywhere but him thinking what to say. I shouldn't just give in right? but I only have a week Ugh what am I thinking?!

He sighed and held my hands. It felt like there was a wave of electricity came through my nerves. I can't look at him. He let go my left hand and turned my chin to face him directly. Now were looking into each other's soul. " I just wanted to say this before you go " he said.

" Uhm I-I actually still like you " I said closing my eyes rapidly. I heard him chuckle. " Ugh! you're messing with me you son of-- " he then shushed me with his thumb " No I'm not messing with you , I'm just happy you still have those feelings , It's been a long time"

" Well " I said then we laughed , I was caught off guard when he pulled me for a hug. " Are you still gonna leave? " he said. " Uhm yes " I answered him " But there are many great schools here! " he insisted. " I know that " he sighed and let go of the hug. " then I should spend the remaining days with you " I smiled at the thought " Sure " I agreed.

" And oh we will have a family dinner on friday , and I think that's the best way to tell them about us? " I was a little shocked and afraid. " Are we going too fast? we just confirmed each other's feelings then boom, plus I don't think Amber will like that? ugh " I stand up and sat again in the bed.
