Changmin:

She was free. After being controlled and manipulated by Changmin for so long in a hotel, Noeul was finally found and returned to her family. It was all because people were coming up missing in the hotel and the cries created by Noeul when Changmin would hit was drawing some attention to the rest of the workers. Eventually, the police were called to investigate and found her who was on the missing person's list for a few months now.

Noeul should be at peace and happy that she was back home, but she was paranoid. Not like she thought Changmin was coming back to get her, but she was being haunted by the look on his face the day they separated. He looked almost terrified and heartbroken that he was being ripped away from her. She always thought of him as a murderous kidnapper with abusive tendencies, but Noeul saw him in a whole new light that day. She could see just how unstable he was when he called out to her and fought against the police like a scared child being taken away from his mother.

It gave her chills when the police told her Changmin's apartment was littered with pictures of her. That he wrote love letters for her in a notebook listing all the things he wished he could to do to her. He was really that unstable...

The police had checked up on you from time to time, but eventually stopped once they assured her that Changmin was locked away forever. Noeul was pleased, but she wasn't the same.

"Sweetheart, you didn't sleep last night, again?" her mother asked when she peaked in her daughter's old teenage room to see Noeul was sitting on a neatly made twin bed. The older woman sighed and approached her only daughter. "Tell me what's bothering you, honey. I know you don't want to talk about the past few months, but I can't help if you're keeping it all inside of you."

Noeul looked over at her mother with tired eyes and shook her head. "I...I couldn't sleep. That's all. Besides, my therapy starts today; everything's going to come out sooner or later."

Her mother sighed and stroked Noeul's hair, making Noeul quickly move away. The feeling of fingers running through her hair reminded her of Changmin and how he would do it obsessively when they would cuddle together.

Her mother noticed her daughter's retracting action and quickly pulled her hand away. She quickly changed the subject. "I'll start making breakfast, honey."

Once her mother left, Noeul cupped her face in her hands, trying to push the memories of Changmin in the back of her head again, but it was no use. He was always there even when he wasn't, he traumatized her to this point, and it made her want to cry. She just wanted her life to be back to normal.

Noeul walked out of the office of her therapist, feeling just as troubled as she was this morning. There wasn't much progress made, but her therapist assured her that the more she came, the more she'll open up to her, which reassured Noeul a lot.

Noeul waiting outside the building she just came out of, waiting for her father to come to pick her up. But, the more she stood out in the open, the more she thought about her life before Changmin kidnapped her. Noeul remembers she was heading home from work when she realized she had left her cellphone in her apartment. When her father arrived, she convinced him to take her to her apartment, which he had no problem with.

Once they arrived, her father offered to follow her inside, but Noeul told him he could go home and pick her up later because she wanted to pack a few things before going back to her parents' house. After that, Noeul waled inside and up to her floor.
