Chapter Eight

-previously:

"You know Ben, I wish that moment could last forever, but to have you forever, that's all I need." I say glancing over at him, I smirk.

He let's go of my hand and pulls me closer, resting his hand on my shoulder. I never really noticed how much taller he was, but I think he is perfect.

-now:

Bens POV:

As we got to her house and we are walking to her door, she says; "Don't be scared, my mom has dinner planned. And I have other things planned. With help from her of course." She is looking down at her feet.

"What do you have planned?" I say, curiously.

She stops walking and turns to face me, she leans in as if to kiss me, causing my heart to race, but she whispers; "You'll see." and she walks ahead of me inside and greets her mother with a hug.

What is she planning? I'm so excited. You know, love at first site is something I believe in more than ever. When I laid my eyes on her, I loved her.

"Hey mama Haisley, what's for dinner?" I ask smiling.

"Well, it's a surprise actually. Why don't you two go play a board game or something so I can finish? I'll call you guys in when it's already." She answers me.

Bethany grabs my hand, "Okay." Her and I echo each other. She pulls me to her room.

"Do you want to change your shirt? yours is soaked?" Gabby asks, smiling.

"I don't have a shirt to change into." I say, looking at her.

"I have one of your shirts, your mom gave it to me, it rained one night and I was soaked so I changed into it at the hospital." She tells me, looking down.

"No, why don't we just throw this in the dryer for a few? I want you to keep it." I say.

"Alright. I'm going to put a sweater on." She says, going to her closet.

I take my shirt off and place it next to me and I lean back, laying down with my feet still on the floor, my knees are bent.

She went in the bathroom for a few minutes.

When she comes out, she looks so gorgeous. She is wearing my merch sweatshirt and she looks adorable. I stare at her smiling.

She walks over to me and puts her knees on the bed, straddling me. She runs one hand up from my abdomen to my chest, leaning down, kissing me.

"You look so hot right now." She whispers.

"You should see yourself." I reply chuckling, placing my hands on her waist.

We sat there, making out, for a good ten minutes.

"Baby, we can't do this now." I say, struggling to keep the moan in.

"Doesn't it suck to get teased." She says, smirking, looking into my eyes. She runs her hands back down my chest to abs' as she stands up.

She grabs my shirt, leaving the room. I lay there, knowing how happy a part of me is right now. I cover my face with my hands trying to hide how happy I am.

She comes back into the room, chuckling as she looks at me.

"Such a tease Haisley." I say chuckling.

"Well doesn't that suck Haggerty?" To me, it does, because right now I want her more than ever. I follow her with my eyes around the room before she sits at the head of the bed. I'm at the feet, so I flip over and pull myself up to her.

I'm on my knees, next to her. I stare at her, and place my hand on her neck and my lips on the other side. I try to find her soft spot when I hear her let out a small moan, I chuckle. I move up from her neck to her lips. I kiss her softly.

I sit back on the pillows, laughing to myself.

"What's so funny Benjamin?!" She says trying to sound upset, yet I knew she was happy.

"Doesn't it suck to be teased?" I chuckle.

"You little son of a-" She says as her mom yells;

"Dinner is ready you two!"

Bethany looks at me. "I'll go get your shirt, give me a minute." She says as she jumps up and walks to the door. I stand up not much later as she walks in and hands me my dry, warm shirt.

"Thanks babe." I say.

"No problem." She said smirking. Walking out to the dining room where her mom was placing down the last plate.

I bet she just wanted to get me shirtless that whole time. But I don't mind.
