I exit Alpha Jason's office bumping into his daughter Talula. Where her arm touched mine I felt sparks shoot up it. I stop in my tracks and look back at Talula looking at me. At that moment I knew that she is my mate But right now is not the time to think on it my Alpha asked me to do something so I continue to walk out of the house and find Gamma Alex.
I see Alex talking to Delta Rocco " Alex! Rocco!" I shout as I make my way over to them " Yes Beta Draven?" Rocco asks " I need you and Alex to get as many of the Selsa's together as fast as you can, Alpha Jason's orders" They both nod and run off to go find as many of the Selsa's as they can " Beta Draven" I turn around to see selsa Venus walking over to me " Venus"
She stops infront of me " Most of my group have managed to run off the Roughs off our pack grounds and onto Half moon territory, on our way back me and my group got the sent of more Roughs closing in on our lands I have sent my team out to track them before th-" Venus Is cut off by the sound of a howl " Shit!" I shift into my solid black wolf and start to fight off most of the Roughs. I watch as Alpha Jason kills a Rough that tried to sneek up on Alex.
I'm pulled away from the fight by the sound of gunshots coming from the pack house. Me and Jason look at eachother before we take off to the house. We shift back into our human forms to run into the house seeing a dead rough on the ground and Talula Holding a 9mm pistol her hands shaking slightly " Talula are you ok?" Her father asks as he runs over to his daughter " I-I'm fine dad just shaken up" He nods then looks around " whereis your mother? Where is Maria?" He asks " I-I told her to get to the safe room, shes safe dad, I heard the door break when the rough jumped through it, I-I'm sorry I would have been in the Safe room as well but I don't know what came over me"
Her father smiles " the Alpha blood in you is what came over you, you had the instinct to protect your mother because you lover her" Talula smiles still holding her gun. I walk over and take the gun from her putting it on the table " You did good" I out my hand on her shoulder trying to Ignore the sparks " Alpha, Beta the Roughs have retreated to Half moon pack lands" Alex says as he walks Into the house only to stop seeing the dead rough with two bullet holes in it. One in its chest the other in it head.
" Damn who did this poor bastered stumble apone?" He asks with a chuckle " Talula thats who" I say as I take my hand off her shoulder " Damn nice aim" Alex says as he pats Talula on the head " Alex go let your Luna know its safe to come out now" Jason says as he trys to calm his daughter down. Alex nods and leaves for the safe room in the basement of the pack house " why does Talula need a gun? She could have shifted and killed the bastered" I say as I pick up the Gun and give it back to Talula and she put it in its holster on her hip " Talula isnt like us Draven"
I look up at Jason " what do you mean shes not like us? She has wolf blood running through her vains I can smell it" Jason shakes his head " we where hoping for the pack to find out a different way" Maria says as she walks up and rubs her daughters arms " what are you guys talking about?" Jason sighs " Listen Draven get everyone ready we are having a pack meeting tonight after we clean up. Go"
I nod " Yes Alpha" I walk out of the house with so many questions running through my head " why would Talula need a gun? What did Jason mean by shes not like us? Why didn't she shift?" I shake my head clear of those thoughts and started barking orders " You three go to the pack house and clean up the mess make sure to burn the rough body!" The three young wolfs that I yelled at nod their heads and mumble " Yes Beta Draven" before the went off and did what I told them to do.
~three hours later~
Finally after three hours the pack grounds are cleaned and free of rough corpses. I make my way over to my small house on pack grounds to change for the meeting tonight.

After I finished getting dressed I make my way over to the pack house. I lean against the door fram and take out my phone scrolling through Facebook for a while. I get bored of scrolling through nothing but drama on face book. I sigh and open my Instagram scrolling through that for a while until the rest of the pack gasps and murmurs " She looks beautiful tonight" I press the power button on my phone and place it in my pocket before I look up. When I do look up I choke on air as It gets stuck in my throat at what Talula is wearing

" Wow" I breath out as she descends down the stairs. She walks over to her mother and father " The reason for this meeting is for celebration! Today we celebrate the awaking of the Alpha in my beautiful daughter Talula!" Th pack cheers and Jason sticks his hand up silencing them "She did what any one of us would have done to protect those she loves, today she didn't think about her safety but the safety of her mother and our luna! She risked her life to save that of her mother and Luna! Tonight we celebrate the awaking of a new Alpha! When my time comes to leave you my duties and the pack will be left to my daughter Talula! To Alpha Talula!" The pack holds up their cups " To Alpha Talula!" They shout and take a drink.
After a while I make my way outside to find Talula leaning against the railing on the porch " Alpha Talula" She jumps and spins around " Holy shit Draven you scared the shit out of me!" I laugh and put my hands up " didn't mean two" she giggles and punches my arm making sparks shoot up my arm and send a shiver down my spine. She smiles and leans against the rail again taking a sip of her drink " So Beta Draven what brings you out here?" I chuckle " To many horny she-wolfs for you to handle?" She jokes. I shake my head " No Alex and Rocco where bugging me" I shrug and lean against the rail " why are you out here Talula? This is ur party after all" she puts her drink down and looks at me " I was getting to crowded, the others in the pack wouldn't give me enough space to breathe so I excused myself to get some fre-" Shes cut off by the sound of wood cracking. I move fast pulling her against my chest as the railing breaks making us fall backwards onto the ground. I losen my grip on Talula " you ok?" I ask her as she sits up " Y-yes thank you" I nod and try to ignore the sparks that are shooting throughout my body where hers lays. Her hands find my chest and she pushes herself up a little more. She blushes as she realizes what position we are in " S-Sorry!" She says as she scrambles to get up off me " Its perfectly fine Talula, I was just doing my job of protecting my future Alpha" " and mate" my wolf Blade says in the back of my mind "yes and our mate Blade" I get up and brush myself off. I look up to see that Talula has a small cut on her cheek. I walk over and run my thumb over the cut making her hiss in pain " Sorry" I mumble my breath catching in my throat as my silver eyes lock onto her beautiful blue ones.
