iii. | WELCOMING COMMITTEE? JUST GREAT.

IMAGES DANCED THROUGH Aria's mind. The face of the mystery male kept her awake.

As rude as he was to her, she couldn't ignore the way he made her heart flutter.

It was a completely foreign feeling but the she liked it.

It was new but it was a good type of new.

There was this strong pull to him. It was magnetic; no matter what she did to get her mind off him, the intrusive thoughts just kept on coming back.

More and more.

A frown found her lips as she rested her head on her hand. She flicked the pencil between her fingers, deep in contemplation. Her glasses lay somewhere on the table as she didn't really need them at the moment.

She brought a hand up to scratch her head, puzzled by her raging emotions, but refrained from doing so as she feared unleashing the wrath of the little devil that was staying with her.

She was currently attending a student council representative meeting and it was boring but, for the sake of a good looking student profile, Aria persevered.

The beauty nibbled on her lower lip and directed her attention to the tasks at hand.

As a student council representative she was in charge of many things, including the time she helped a teacher handle their new students last year. Each representative was assigned a certain department to supervise and major in till a new school term arrived, and they were stationed elsewhere.

The sheet of paper held the information to Aria's fate.

'Welcoming Committee? Just great.'

Aria sighed and rested her head against the table. Her tired eyes shut and the dull ache of her scalp hit her.

Her hands itched to remove the hair tie.

It was so tight!

Aria mentally cursed her cousin and his beautifully gifted hands.

The ponytail looked so sleek and cute but it hurt so badly.

She attempted to discipline herself again, stopping her hands from the pulling the hair tie out.

Soon it was too much.

"Sorry, Manny.", she muttered before removing the hair tie.

Her hair fell down her shoulders in all its platinum glory.

The hair stopped at her lower back, curling at the end.

A sigh slipped past her lips and she grinned slightly.

"Relief...", she groaned, dramatically.

A throat being cleared broke Aria from her euphoric moment.

"Excuse me?", a clear voice broke the young girl's train of thoughts, "is there an Aria Rivers present?"
