Sam's POV
The demon-possessing-a-truck-driver steps out of his truck and walks over. The demon pulls the driver's side door off its hinges and I point the colt at him
"Back or I'll kill you, I swear to god."
"You won't. You're saving that bullet for someone else." He said.
I cock the gun. "You wanna bet?" It smiles; the black demon-ichor pours out of the man, who collapses. I uncock the gun, and drop my head back and the colt in relief.
"Oh my god!" The man that was just possessed said.
"Dad? Courtney?" I asked.
"Did I do this?"
"Dad! Dean? Courtney? Spencer!!"
After a few moments later a rescue helicopter descends to the site, and all of us are being loaded onto stretchers. Dad and Dean along with Courtney and Spencer are still unconscious, while I was still awake.
"Significant passenger side intrusion. Unresponsive. BP is 180 over 60, heartrate 95, 95." A paramedic said.
"Tell me if they're okay!" I shout.
"You have to stay still!" A woman said.
"Are they even alive?" I asked.
Dean's POV
I wake up in a bright ass room. I had to blink a few times to see where I was and I saw that I was in a hospital room. I pulled off the covers and got up. I walked into the hallway to see if I could find my family.
"Sam? Spencer? Dad? Courtney? Anybody?"
I go down the stairs to the front of the hospital and found a nurse's station.
"Excuse me. Hi. I, uh, i think I was in a car accident, my dad and my brother, I just need to find them."
The nurse didn't say anything like she didn't even hear me.
"Hello?" I snapped my fingers in her face. Still no response.
I ran back upstairs freaking out until what I saw who was laying on the bed the bed still... Me.
Sam enters the room and stops at the door and stares at my body on the bed, breathing heavily.
"Sammy! You look good. Considering." I tease.
"Oh, no." Sam said.
"Man, tell me you can hear me." I said. "How's dad? Is he okay? Come on, you're the psychic. Give me some ghost whispering or something!"
"Your father and Courtney are awake. You can go see them if you like." The Doctor said.
"Thank god." I said.
"Doc, what about my brother And Spencer?" He asked.
"Well, for Dean, he sustained serious injury: blood loss, contusions to his liver and kidney. But it's the head trauma I'm worried about. There are early signs of cerebral edema.
"Well, what can we do?"
"Well, we won't know his full condition until he wakes up. If he wakes up."
"If?" Sam asked surprised.
"I have to be honest —"
"Oh, screw you, Doc, I'm waking up." I talked over him even though I knew he couldn't hear me.
"Most people with this degree of injury wouldn't have survived this long. He's fighting very hard. But you need to have realistic expectations." The doctor was about to leave when he stopped him.
