"ME!? Matt why do you always put the blame on me!?" I screamed at my boyfriend as we stood in our hotel room. Our relationship had been on off for three years now but recently we had been fighting more than we ever have. I wanted to leave him, but I was scared that if I told him the truth he would get angry and hurt me. Matt always used his strength as a way of controlling me. I loved him but I couldn't even go on my phone without him asking who I was talking to. It stung me like a bee that he didn't trust me; I didn't have anything going on with any other man.
"I'm sick of it Olivia! You're always out, you never spend any time with me, I don't even know what to think of our relationship anymore! How do I know you're not fucking every man under the sun behind my back when you're not home!?" He shouted back, defending himself.
I moved my mouth but no words would come out, the tears streaming down my face letting him know I was hurt by his comment.
