I've made some of my best friends in the past year or so, of course, I still have friends from elementary school, but my most loyal and trusted friends I've just met in 6th or 7th grade. I know that might seem a little far-fetched but it's true, the friends that are most near and dear to my heart just became my friends only a year ago.
Now, for the sake of this story, I will be talking about my best friend in the whole wide world, Katie. We've only been friends over the past year or so, but in that time we've really gotten to know each other, (we used to go to the same school, but I had to move up north) she is an extremely kind and funny person, and when we were feeling down, we always seemed to be able to cheer each other up. At that time we didn't have each other's phone numbers, but we played Roblox together sometimes, so I somehow found out a way to communicate with numbers and Voila, it worked! from that point on we basically just text/call each other a lot and goof off like nerds. In my opinion, we help each other through some really tough times and entertain one another.
