Ashton's POV

I don't get how everything always works out for Luke, but when it comes to me everything falls apart. He always gets the girls, he always has more friends, he's always most liked. I don't see why.

I don't even think Luke knows how lucky he is to have a girl like Skylar like him. If she was mine I would make her feel like the only girl in the world; I would shower her with kisses, I would show her off to my friends. However, there is one flaw with that idea. She isn't mine.

Skylar's POV

I woke up around eight to find myself in Luke's room again. Except this time, Luke wasn't here. I sat up and rubbed my drowsy eyes, where is he?

Suddenly the door opened and in walked Luke, with breakfast in his hands.

"Breakfast in bed? Talk about fancy." I teased. Luke placed the bowl of cereal on my lap and I laughed.

"Cereal?" I giggled, already starting to eat.

"Not just any cereal, the finest cereal in the whole of this house." Luke joked as he spoke in a fake French accent.

After finishing my cereal I got up off the best and I opened my suitcase, which I had gotten back from Wilma yesterday, and changed into a pair of black ripped skinny jeans and a grey tank top and a red with white flannel over the top. I put on some boots and walked out of Luke's house with him.

"I'm taking you out on a date." He blurted.

I turned to face him, "Your not even going to ask me?"

"Nope." He shook his head as he laughed.

"What if I don't want to go on a date with you?" I teased as I crossed my arms over my head.

He stopped abruptly and looked at me with wide eyes. "You don't? Oh my bad. Sorry-y, we'll go back." He stuttered, already making his way back.

I grabbed his arm, "I was joking! Where are we going?" I giggled.

He sighed a sigh of relief. "Thank god for that," he chuckled, "I was thinking we could walk to the lake and maybe just sit and talk? I know it's bad, but it was last minute."

I smiled at him, "That's perfect."

He looked down at me and chuckled, "Your perfect."

I tilted my head downwards as I blushed.

We walked for a little while more until we finally reached a grassy field which I had never visited before. As we walked hand in hand we finally got to the lake, the wind was blowing my blonde hair behind my back.

We sat down opposite each other, his blue eyes staring straight into my grey ones. "So, what did you want to talk about?" I asked him, breaking the awkward silence.

He seemed nervous, and I had no idea why. "Why did you decide to come back? There must be a reason." He pleaded.

I sighed, "I had a dream and I thought I lost you."

He tilted his head, "Lose me?"

"Just, I realised that I really do like you. A lot." I didn't like admitting my feelings to him, it makes me vulnerable.

"That's all I needed to hear to ask you this then." He smiled lop sided.

"Ask me what?"

"Will you be my girlfriend?"

I widened my eyes, I wasn't expecting that.

"Yes." I smiled.

Suddenly, he crashed his lips onto mine. He pulled me onto his lap so I was straddling him, my arms around his neck and his around my waist.

This kiss felt different from the ones before, this one didn't feel rushed and desperate, it was lustful.

We parted and pressed our foreheads together. "I've been waiting for the perfect moment to ask you." He spoke, panting.

"I couldn't of thought of a more perfect way."

A/N Guys I'm freaking out, you may not care but Geordie's best friend Miki tweeted me and I was like freaking out. I'm so happy omg.
If you don't know who Geordie is she is Michael's ex girlfriend and they are super close friends :)
