We stopped on the pier by the harbour and sat on the bonnet of the car enjoying hot dogs. "I don't understand how you don't have onions on yours," she said.

"Because...I...I don't like them," I replied.

"You do take after J," she smiled.

"Is he mad?" I asked.

"He's not happy, but I would drop this Robin madness," she said as she rubbed her hand up and down my back.

"I know but why is it any different for you two?" I asked.

"Well for one we're both villains and not enemies," she said. "How do we know that he won't drop you straight to Bman?"

"You're right," I said and looked down.

"It's okay Phantom there's a villain out there for ya," she said and climbed back into the car. I joined her and we headed back home, I nervously played with my knotted string fingers touching each and every bump. "You're going to be okay," she rested her hand over mine.

"I hope you're right," I said.

"I am sugar," she said. We finally reached home, but instead and of being hit like I thought I was going to be Joker wrapped me in a hug.

"You scared us," he said and squeezed me tighter.

"You're both right," I said.

"Of course we are," Harley said.

"Come inside honey," Joker said and we both walked in. We all sat in the couch and even Bruce bolted over and put his paws on my shoulders and began to lick my face.

"I missed you to boy!" I said and stroked his head. Harley pushed him away and he walked away with his head held low.

"Come we have another surprise for you," Joker said and took me outside. There in the garden was a zebra.

"He is yours," she said.

"He is?" I asked looking back at them and walked over stroking his head

"What are you going to call him?" Harley asked.

"Robin," I said and stroked his neck.

"That's a good name," J said and walked into the house. Harley walked over and stroked the zebras snout.

"I think everyone will be jealous in Gotham when they see you riding through the streets," she said.  I began to laugh.

"You're right." It began to rain so we took the zebra into the house and went to the library where we began to tear up books for the fire, we collapsed into the seats and soaked up the warmth of the flames.

"You're not planning on escaping again are you?" She asked.

"No, I'm not risking running into two face again," I said and relaxed back into the chair.

"Good, because honey we need you here. Gotham is very dangerous without us," she explained.

"I know," I said looking down at the floor.

"That's why we stick together," she said, got up, walked over and wrapped me in a hug. "You scared us Phantom, we were terrified you wouldn't be returning to us."

"I would never do that," I replied.
