Spinels life wasn't perfect with pink diamond. Being a playmate for a diamond wasn't for her but if she didn't obey she'll be hurt or worst..shattered. Spinel was never is harms way with pink but soon or later pink got her own colony and left spinel behind for 6000 years. As things were getting fixed around homeworld and the galaxy itself. Spinel still sat there hopelessly waiting for pink. As things settled throughout the galaxy,Steven, a half gem half human sent a message through the galaxy spinel got the message and was is tears.she couldn't believe that pink was gone and wanted to get revenge on Steven because she thought Steven had something to do with the loss of pink. But as she looked at Steven she kinda felt something but she ignored it and continued to get what she needed to destroy the earth
