The piercing sound of the gunshot echoed the acoustic ridden, enclosed space.

The deadweight of what was once was a living being now lied limp on the ground as the cold grips of death began to conceal him.

"Tae!" You yell!

The malice of sin and evil that caressed the smile on his lips was of pure satisfaction. "Fucker." He mumbled.

He then caught the fear framed heavily in your eyes that glistened in the dim lighting. The adrenlinine pumping through him gradually diminished on the count of him seeing your pain.

"He was going to kill us! What the fuck was I supposed to do? Let him?" He snarled.

"He was one theirs we are as good as dead now!" You retorted.

"He was a fucking dirty piece of shit cop. If I didn't end him someone else would have." He smirked looking over at the body again as if he admired a prized possession.

"We need to go! Now!" You grabbed his hand leading him while searching for an exit.

"Stop. We can't go in the way we came."  He pulled you back, surveying the building for another way out.

"There." He lead the way down the corridor the ended with back door.

"W-Wait Taehyung. What if we were followed?" The terror in your whisper caused a bit of a stutter in your question.

Taehyung cocks his gun back. "It will only take one shot. Don't worry."

Taehyung wiggled on locked knob before a hard kick to the door caused it's break. "Let's go." He commanded as you both head down into the alley.

A string of sirens echoed in the distance as he grabbed and pulled you into the shadows behind a building.

You let out a tiny whimper from the feeling of his sudden action tussled with the feel of your back against wet, grimy wall of the building.

Taehyung reaches his hands above you as he leans in close. His gaze darted to your lips and crawled down to the crease in your breast as he watching the rise and fall of your chest. He smirked on your heavy breathing, feeling stirred by the danger surrounding.

His lips brushed against the smoothness of your skin as he tenderly kissed along your jaw, trailing his way to your ear. A lustful grin covered his lips as he felt the fear in your tremble beneath him.

"Calm down beautiful. I wouldn't dare let anyone hurt you." The cavernous tone of his voice harmonized against his words.

Taehyung eased away from you, observing your less than thrilled stature.

"H-How am I to know that? Hm?" Your stuttered inquiry relayed a profound thump to his heart knowing that the moment he laid his eyes on you he failed.

You were his target.

You should have been dead hours ago by his hand.

Witness to a gruesome murder put an indenture your life.

You needed to be erased. No one could know you existed to be able to tell the tales of what you saw.

You were his assignment and the moment his deep toffee colored gaze caught yours, he failed miserably.

The splendor of your eyes, your lips, well crafted into the allure of your overall being.

He was entrapped and you raptured every fiber of him, engulfing him in an instant protection mode to you.

If your life were to end, Taehyung decided that it wouldn't by his hands for he would end any life that even tried.

"I could never hurt you. As long as I'm around, no one will lay a fucking hand to you."

You gulped as your gaze rolled to his lips. His thumb brushes the side of your face. "You're mine in every sense of the word." The low, velvet growl of his voice sent a heated frenzy inside of you.

Before you could process another thought, his lips moved to yours in a passionate embrace. His hands glided down your body slowly, familiarizing himself with your touch though it's something that wouldn't be easy to forget.

Tears spewed from your eyes as your numbing lips moved against his with a slow burn of a desire you couldn't believe you was enthralled to.

Your first impression of him was terrifying. You knew what he was to do to you but after the events of the night, he began to prove himself otherwise and you gradually learned that he wouldn't hurt you.

You counted your blessings with every breath you took.

"I want you so bad right now but this isn't the place..." His hands slipped underneath your dress as he pressed his fingers against the fabric between your legs, smirking on the feel of the damp cloth. "...or the time."

A moan escaped you as his fingers continued to caress you. It was difficult for him to pull away seeing how you were writhing with pleasure against him.

"Sorry sweetheart but you're going to have to wait." He found the will to let go and the ache pushing against his pants enticed him to find safety for you both quickly.

Without thinking, he grabbed your hand and pulled you out of the shadows only to met by a series of guns being pointed at you.

"Hands in the air! Now!"

Taehyung glared at the obvious one in charge and glanced over to you giving you an assuring nod as you both gradually lifted their hands in the air.

"Did you really think you would get far?" Pride oozing from the obvious leader's words as he scowled at the the two.

Taehyung, unbothered by him, quickly assessed the area for a quick escape route but his sharp, skillful eyes spotted something else.

A familiar among them.

"Yes and I plan to go even further you stupid fuck." The smug tone instantly triggered the one in command.

"You think I won't hesitate to waste your pathetic life along with your mark's? You fucked up bad this time Kim."

Taehyung lowered his head. "Not unless I waste yours first." He uttered as he motioned two fingers on left hand to signal the bogey.

The quick fire from a gun in the midst of the mini crowd silenced the speaker as other gunshots quickly thundered the surroundings.

"Let's go!" Taehyung grabbed your hand, taking off in the distance towards the highway. Shooting a corner glance, he spotted a black car speeding down towards you two before an instant stop.

"Get in!" The gentleman yelled.

Taehyung shuffled you in and followed behind as you both were safely inside before taking off down the highway.
