Chapter 1

"KAT!! WAKE UP!!"

Placing a pillow over my head, I ignored the noise and continued to sleep. Soon enough, the noise got closer and louder, "KAT, HEY GET UP!!!", my older brother Cameron yelled. I pushed him away and quickly sat up. "WHAT?!", I replied, looking at the clock, realizing it's about 3am. "Oh good, you're awake! Well get up and start packing! Our plane leaves in 2 hours!", he smiled widely. "Huh? Packing for what?", I asked, extremely confused. Cam smiled, backing towards my bedroom door, "You're coming with me to Magcon".

"NO FUCKING WAY!!!!!", I screamed while jumping out of bed, "ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!", I exclaimed. "Just hurry up and get ready!", Cam laughed as he walked out of my room. I grabbed my suitcase from my closet, throwing my clothes and other necessities into it. I can't believe I'm going to Magcon! Of course Cam goes all the time, but I've never been. I've never met any of the guys, but I'm dying to meet Matthew Espinosa. After double checking my luggage, I quickly hopped in the shower, completing my business and exiting my bathroom. Wanting to look presentable, I got dressed in a floral tank top with denim shorts, white high-top converse, and natural make-up. I threw on some jewelry and picked up my phone, checking the time - 3:45am. Jesus why did Cam have to book such an early flight? Yawning, I grabbed my luggage and trekked downstairs to a waiting Cameron. "FINALLY! LET'S GO!", he sighed, taking over suitcases into the car and pulling out of the driveway.

We arrived at the airport a short while later and boarded the plane. Cam and I were sitting next to each other, so I leaned on his shoulder and closed my eyes. "Cam? Where's Magcon this time?", I wondered sleepily. "Orlando, so we have a long flight. Sleep tight, Kitty Kat", he whispered, kissing my forehead. I slowly drifted off to sleep, dreaming of Magcon and the one and only Matthew Espinosa.
