3 weeks later

Eddie was lying to his mother at the moment.

"Mommm it's just a small get together!" In reality it was the biggest party of that year. Richie had slipped Eddie a invitation in the hall and whispers 'go' and of course Eddie wouldn't turn that down! Jesus christ! He got invited by Richie fucking Tozier!

"I don't know Eddie.." His mother said looking at her son with worried eyes. "please?" Eddie said giving his mother what Richie used to call them the 'give me what I want' eyes. "mmm.... No I'm sorry.." Eddie mother said turning from her son and plopping onto her chair causing it to make a loud.

CRRRRRRRRR

 Sound as the weight of Mrs.Kaspbrak weighed it down. Eddie frowned knowing he would have to sneak out now. "Fine," Eddie remarked secretly flipping his mother off his hand behind his back as he did so. He scurried up to his room and jumped onto his bed. Quickly grabbing the pastel blue phone that laid there, he dialed the number he knew by heart now.. Richie's number.

"Eds?" A voice from the other line said in a soft voice. "Hey, Tozier gonna have to sneak out because my mom said no." Eddie said twirling the cord of the phone around his finger. "Ei, copy that!" Richie said in some type of accent causing Eddie to hold in a giggle. "What's the adr-"

"Uh, uh, uhh! Me, your prince in shining armor. Will come and take you through your bedroom window my lovely Eddie spaghetti! My 'Eds! The Love of my life!" 

Eddie gags even though his heart is speaking all different types of languages. Eddie's tan cheeks turn crimson his face burns. His cheeks don't only burn from the heat imiting from his body but from his smile. It was like nothing had changed in the past years. Eddie loved every second of it. 

"Oh, cut it Tozier." He held in a giggle still twirling the cord of the phone around his index finger. "What? Am I embarrassing little spaghettiiiii?!" Richie coos into the phone a smirk visible in his voice. "Fuck you!"

"Horny are we?"

"Beep beep Richie!"

Eddie makes a gagging sound. "So fucking gross!" Richie laughs from the other end. "Alright, alright, I'll come get you attt 8 sharp hm?" Richie says a bit of movement coming from his end. "Sure, Rich." Eddie smiles into the phone lifting his shoulder and tilting his head so he can rest the phone on his shoulder and use both hands. He takes out a notepad and writes down in a gorgeous cursive writing.

-says the Trash mouth.

Eddie smiles and closes his notepad. It's full of random comments his friends have made over the years. "Okay then gorgeous, oh wait! What did you do with that flower I gave you the first day?" Eddie gasps he had put it inside his freezer, in water in hopes of keeping it okay. "Oh, um, I dunno?" Eddie says but it sounds more like a question. 

Richie laughs "Alright Eds, get ready for me because I'll be there right on time!" 
"Okay, babes-" Eddie freezes Shit shit shit shit. He thought before Richie snorts. "Damnnn Eds! That's a bit fast don't cha' think? I know I'm hot and all but babes? pretty crazy!" Richie jokes but Eddie's face just brightens into a deep red his eyes wide tears threatening to spill. Richie seems to see Eddie through the phone and speaks up. "Bye, babes." Richie then hangs up leaving Eddie a smiling blushing mess.

He giggles and falls back onto his bed sighing as he did so. He then grabbed the notepad he not even 5 minutes ago held. And wrote in his beautiful handwriting.

Eddie smiles. He has made it his secret.  The secret that he loved Richie Tozier. But of course would not have known that just then. And his secret that he was about to sneak out and go to a party a party. With Richie fucking Tozier! Eddie Kaspbrak was going to a party. In....

Eddie turns his head to his small clock his eyes widening.

7:30

"Oh, shit!" He said before jumping off his bed and rushing to his closet throwing clothes around trying to find just the right thing. He settled on his only pair of black jeans. (Which were slightly ripped at the knee and upper thigh from use)  And a white T-shirt which said 'What?' on the front close to the top. It was slightly curved down and was printed in grey. He also grabbed a black jean jacket with a sunflower painted on the back saying 'vibez' on the back with a smiley face. (Eddie had painted it himself.) What he was wearing was wayyyyy not his style so what? He can do what he wants tonight! Eddie then slipped on some white converse with a sunflower painted on the side. (Which he had done himself it looked very veryyyyyyy good) Eddie smiled at himself as he ruffled his hair a bit making it very curly. He grinned as a piece flew over his forehead. 

BANG BANG

Eddie's eyes widened like he was a deer in headlights as he turned to his window to see the one and only Richie Tozier. He had on a black T-shirt a white turtle neck under it. He aslo had o black jeans ripped at the knee and chains hooked to his pants. Also paired with black converse his hair as curly as ever and fucking adorable. He also had his classic big glasses on his eyes. Eddie opened the window.

Richie's eyes gleamed as he saw Eddie his jaw basically dropped a blush creeping to his slightly freckled cheeks. He looked the boy up and down a grin on his face as he grabbed Eddie's hand. Eddie giggled as Richie closed the window and wrapped his left arm around Eddie's waist and held Eddie's other hand out to the right with his own hand.

"Is my lovely queen Eddie ready for the time of his life?"
"Indeed he is."
