Hi I'm Rica like Costa Rica but without the costa part. I'm 16 and light skin and pretty good looking, but I wasn't always,I used to be rlly ugly and fat when I was younger. Then my glo up came over the summer and now I'm a junior in high school and ready to blow minds lol ( that's me^)

Hey I'm Layla Rica's best friend. Im also 16 and I'm mixed I have big curls and rlly cute dimples.I'm so happy for this year, Rica has blossomed into a gorgeous girl and this year we are gonna run junior year.

Wassgud I'm Marco, you could say I'm a bad boy but I think of my self more as a person that doesn't like rules . I'm in a gang,I'm 17 and I'm dark skin has dark brown hair with twists  and has a deep secret (keep that in mind)

I'm Moses , Rica's brother and I'm the only family she got except for our mom and our step dad but we don't really think of him as family, he's very abusive especially to Rica but our mom just can't see that he hurts us .

Chapter 1
Rica's POV
I wake up with the worst headache of all time and a big bruise on my cheek. I get out of bed, walk over and grab my morning basket (with all my hair products and body washes Etc) I walk to the bathroom and take a shower and decided to do my hair in a messy bun with blue and white hair clips. I walk to my room and put on a pair of blue jeans,a blue and white Nike shirt with sum white Air Force 1s . I dig through my basket looking for concealer and I finally find it , I do my makeup and make sure it can hide my bruise, it does so I'm all ready now I just wait for Layla. *beep beep* I hear the car, I run out my house and hop in. "Hey lay, can we stop by Starbucks on the way to school?" "Duh Rica since when do I ever not get Starbucks in the morning?" We both start laughing and head for star bucks blasting money by Cardi b, after we get some Starbucks we head to school. "OMG Rica it's your first year of you feeling good about your self and looking flawless, all the guys are gonna be after you ( in a flirty voice) maybe even Da'vion" I blush and yell " shut up" in a playful voice " he doesn't even know I exist" she looks me up and down " now he will" she starts giggling I giggle with her. We pull up to the school parking lot ,we get out and walk up to the school.

Marco's POV
I'm sitting on the wall of this shit school with some of my friends ( including Da'vion) I glance over at Layla she's still fine asf but who's the girl she's with?She's even more fine then Layla and looks so familiar. " Yo Da'vion who's the new girl?" He looks over at her and he says " ion know but damn she fine ash and she got a PHat ass like P-H fat" I laugh but he's not wrong. I walk up to Layla and the new girl " sup lay" I look at the new girl she looks pisssd at me?! " oh hey Marco" she rolls her eyes " who ur new friend?" She starts laughing and so does the other girl " are you serious Marco?" She asks like I'm supposed to know " you are serious" she scoffs " I'm so confused" I say , then the girl speaks up " its Rica dumb ass" I gasp inside, is it really the fat ugly girl I'd always bully since 1st grade " holy shit Rica you got fine ash" I say without thinking " thanks Marco but I still don't like you". I feel terrible now omg, I walk back over to Da'vion " bro I'm literally deadass crying inside right now" I say super surprised " nigga slow down what's goin on?" He says " that new girl is RICA!" I say super loud and with the biggest surprises face Da'vion's jaw drops "nigga you trippin" " on god its her" wtf ion get it her glo up is so good "DAMN" I say out loud on accident but I don't think anyone could here me.

Da'vions POV
Im still staring at this beautiful fat assed big tit girl that I used to ignore and pretend she never existed, but now she has everyone's eyes. I WANT her , she's gonna take everything all the spot light , she needs to be mine and she will be.

Rica's POV
I'm in civics class and I'm seriously lost , my teacher is such a bitch, she goes way to fast like I'm done , I raise my hand " can I use the bathroom please" I ask " sure Rica" I walk up to get the pass everyone is staring at me I'm so embarrassed. I really didn't have to use the bathroom so I'm just walking around at this point then I see Da'vion in the hall I try to avoid him but he sees me and walks right up to me and says " hey beautiful" I'm like what?, who, me!, I try to calm down and answer cooly " hey Da'vion" I think I did pretty good " so what's a fine ass girl like you doing?" Oof ion wanna talk imma mess up sum " just walking around" I continue to walk slowly down the hall, he follows quickly behind me and tries to cut me off at the lockers , he was successful now he has me cornered which is very uncomfortable. "So me and a couple friends are going to the cafe later you wanna join?" O-M-F-G did THE Da'vion just ask me to hang out , THE guy I've had a crush on for years holy shit " ye I'll come, what time you gonna pick me up?" I say he says back " 6:00 be ready and look good , which shouldn't be hard for you" he winks " ok well I should get back to class" he then puts a piece of paper in my waistband and walks away. I take it out and head back to class, it's his number! I secretly celebrate inside.
