"its ganna be a cold night" whisperd the girl to no one in perticular.she snuggled down on the cold slap of concrete. Her new hiding place for the week. She whiped out a battered rucksack and from that an even more battered blanket, the patterns only just visible. Her one possesion that has stuck with her.  The girl gently easesd out a battered book of nursery storys like humpty dumpty .Amber had never been to school since year one and had only remmemberd a   Few lettters in the alphabet but seeing the pictures always made sleeping in the cold a bit more bearable.  tonight Amber just wanted to sleep, she had walked a long way from her last hiding place. She let herself dream into the night, at least this way she wouldnt have to face the cold as much.

Tyler shoved his school books into his bag , still half asleep. Tyler was a normal sort of boy, good grades, some friends and not much to stop him. His hair was short and brown with matching eyes. He wasnt amazingly popular but he wasnt doing terribly.Tyler had a very balanced sort of life, one that many people want, although Tyler felt he was too normal. He found his family too pushy, too this , too that , too youd better get good grades.

The thing Tyler realy loved was music. Tyler learnt the clarinet.he loved the freedom of the notes, no boundries to stop him from creating a mess. The way Tyler looked at it was that if he wanted to listen to a mess SO WHAT? so what if i got rubish grades at least i am doing something i want to do. Any way Tyler considered his music a complete UNmess.

On this particuler morning Tyler was particuly tired.last night tyler had been wondering about the beutiful girl who sleeps opposite his house.... In the street .... By herself..... In the cold. This had kept tyler up alot of the  night. Tyler was a thoughtfull boy, he didnt like to see people hurt. Tyler made a decision. A bad decision. A good decision. Tyler wanted to help her.
