LUKE'S POV
YES ITS GOOD TO BE BACK! I really missed this place but mostly I missed the people, My family and friends, mostly Calum. He said he found himself this temporary bes- wait. Permanent best friend... I can't wait to meet him. He must be nice and fun because Calum only hangs out with cool dudes, like me for example. Anyway, I need to go to sleep. Got my kinda first day tomorrow and I'm soooo excited!
-The next day-
Yawn.... I stretched out my arms as I wake up.
"What time is it?" I say to myself
I looked at my phone and found 3 new unread messages. Its already 6am, I gotta get ready.
From Calum Hewd:
Hey dude, are you ready for your comeback at school?

Bro, don't tell me you're still fast asleep...

Apparently you are. Great. Anyway, I'm picking you up at 7. ;)
I texted Calum right away and showered. I got dressed as fast as I could. Now for my hair. I pick the blow dryer up and blow dryer my hair. After it dried, I turned on my straightener. Calum's been teasing me about how I do my hair but he just doesn't understand me and my HAIR. It needs to be blow dried and straighten every single day. My brother also keeps telling me that its for girls. Well I think they're just jealous of mah hair. I don't care if its girly for me to straighten my hair but its what keeps my hair perfect.
Minutes later I heard my mom calling me.
"Hey Lucas, Calum's here to pick you up!" My mom said
I hurried down and said goodbye to my mom.
"What, no kiss? So you have been gone for what, like a week and a half? And you don't show your mom some love and respect? And don't get me started about that lip ring you got." My mom said
Ugh the joys of being a mama's boy..
"Sorry mom.." I kissed my mom goodbye and left the house.
"Let's go!" I said
"What, no please? You've been gone for a week and you don't show respect to your best friend? Shame on you Lucas. SHAME ON YOU!" Calum said jokingly
"Oh shut up Calum!" We both laughed and went to school
"So, how was your sleep Lucas?" Calum asked
"It was okay Cal. Thanks for asking, you're so sweet." I said jokingly
"Aww, anything for my girlfriend" Calum said jokingly. I giggled like a girl
We both laughed and we finally reached school. We were early. What a surprise.
"Oh Hey Luke! Nice to have you back dude! We missed you!" My friend, Will said
"Thanks dude, missed you guys too!" I said
"Woah! That's so cool!" He said as he pointed at my lip ring
"Yep, I know right? Everybody loves the lip ring.." Calum said
