Felix smiled happily as he ran around the house, sliding on his purple fuzzy socks down the wooden floor, and giggling like a child almost. He glanced back, seeing so other than his beloved six year old daughter chasing him in her small pink pajamas and purple fuzzy socks to match her own fathers.
"I'm gonna get you!" She yelled, giggling and sticking her arms out, making little grabby hands reaching for the running blonde, who stuck his tongue out, quickly dashing to the living room.
"Never!" Felix yelled, smiling happily as he ran past the fire place, which was beaming with the bright colors of the fire.
"Woah now!" A familiar voice called, grabbing his small daughter by the sides and picking her up so she wouldn't get too close to the flames, since the small protective tent wasn't around it yet of course. "Okay you two, I said no running while the fire isn't covered" Felix smiled, rolling his eyes as he looked back at his husband, putting a hand on his hip.
"Awe. Come on Ry. You're no fun" he said, smiling. Cry chuckled, placing his small child down back on the floor carefully.
"Well. I may be no fun, but I'm a safe person" he said, smirking and tapping Felix on the nose with his finger, smiling. Scoffing, the blonde smiled, shaking his head.
"You are so weird" He said, turning away to go sit on the couch. "Yet you love me" Cry replied, following as well, but was stopped short by two arms wrapping around his leg.
"Hi Daddy!" A small voice called, hugging him tightly. Cry smiled, looking down and patting Ellie's head softly. "Hi sweetheart." Felix smiled at the two, chuckling quietly. Cry smiled, quickly picking Ellie up and walking over to Felix, sitting by him.
"You're right. I do love you a lot" he said, sighing in fake defeat, smiling and moving closer, placing a small kiss on his lover's cheek, resting his head on Cry's shoulder as Ellie had her's on Cry's chest, smiling sleepily as her eyes closed slowly. Cry looked between them, his smile never leaving, but I mean, how could it? When you have your daughter and your husband with you, it's almost like a small paradise. Felix looked up at him and winked, kissing his cheek again as he quickly took Ellie in his arms carefully, brushing her golden hair out of her face, and behind her ear, holding her close.
"I'm gonna take her to her room, I'll be right back" Felix said, standing carefully, and starting to carry the small child down the halls, and into her room. Cry sighed in content, looking over at the fire, then up at the mantel, seeing the fall typed decor lined with the framed pictures of the fast and present.
He looked back up, seeing the same blonde come back down the hall, except no Ellie in arms, but a blanket instead.
"I snuck this out of the closet. Ellie almost woke up" he said, putting on a scared expression, making his lover chuckle and scoot over a bit, pulling one of the extra couch pillows under his head as he rested on the arm of the couch. Felix smiled happily, sprinting over and unfolding the blanket, climbing onto of Cry and smiling as he snuggled close to him, pulling the cover over them both.
Cry smiled, running his fingers through Felix's hair softly, and leaning down, placing, placing a small kiss upon his head.
"I love you" he whispered softly.
"I love you too" Felix replied in the same tone, looking up and smiling, scooting closer and kissing Cry's cheek again.
