Tyy is 26 with a daughter who is 3 her name is onyx she is in a off and on relationship with onyx's father Dustin. Her older brother owns a record label and a separate studio.

It's 3:00 am and Dustin is just coming in Its the 3rd time this week I'm tired of this I don't want to fight with him right now so I don't say anything until I see the lipstick on his cheek and smell the ladies perfume as he walks past me.
"Dustin!" I said
"What?"
Where were you?"
"Out"
"Oh yea?"
"Yea" he said walking into the bathroom turning on the shower .
I'm so tired of this man, so I packed up most of my things and took it downstairs to the car then I went and did the same with onyx's stuff he was just getting out the shower as I was coming back in the room to get dressed to leave. He walked into the closet I did the same
"Where were you really?"
"I was out"
"I'm sick of you lying and cheating on me Dustin I never lied to you I have been 100% loyal to you why do you keep- "
I GCO by a hard slap across the face
"Shut the hell up all you do is talk I was out that wasn't a lie now leave me alone!"
I sat there for minute shocked as hell, he had never hit me before he did a lot of things but never hit me. I really have to get out of here
So I finally got up off the floor and put on some clothes that were left in the closet and I snuck out the door while he was brushing his teeth, I ran to onyx's room and got her dressed quickly put on her jacket and put her in the car I was about to leave when I realized I left my phone I knew that if I went back inside he would catch me, but I couldn't leave it
I ran back inside leaving onyx in the car my phone was in the bedroom charging in the outlet closest to the window on the far side of the room I went to the downstairs bathroom and grabbed my robe I took off my shoes and put the robe on I went in and took my phone
"Where are you going?" Dustin asked
"To sleep in another room"
"Get yo lil stupid ass in the bed and stop acting up" he said getting up off the bed
''Dustin leave me alone I don't want to fight with u"
"Then don't just get in the bed and it won't be a problem"
"I'm not in the mood for this right now just leave me alone"
he grabbed me by my throat and he threw on on the bed
"Dustin let me go ur hurting me"
"I don't care I told u to get your ass in the bed and you wanted to get crazy"
"Okay Dustin I will stay but lemme go get my stuff from the other room"
"You better be back in 2 minutes"
"Okay" I said walkin slowly out the room I got to the stairs I threw the robe off ran to the bottom grabbed my shoes and went to the car and drove.
I didn't know where I was going I just knew that I needed to get away from him. I called my brother

"What happen why you sound like you been crying?"
