Finn opens his eyes, smelling smoke. And feeling alarmed. As he woke himself up he walked around the house. But as he went upstairs he saw that the house was on fire, yet he had no clue where his owner was or if she was okay. His fake lowered between his legs, and felt fear run inside his body. He stood there and waited, but nothing changed. He started walking where he could see the bedrooms and he saw her. She saw her laying on the ground. Finn's ears lowered. He knew he couldn't go get her because of the fire. But he still tried. As he started to move one of the boards collapsed in front of him, and it blocked the only way he could get to her. He had to get out of the house, but he didn't want to leave his owner. But she stared at him. And he could see in her eyes she wanted him to go. And find a new home. So he ran back downstairs dodging flames and broken boards that has fallen. He got out of the house and he ran far into the woods, he didn't know when to stop or if he was ever going to. So he ran, and ran for who knows how long. Whenever he stopped to look back and he saw smoke in the air. This was his new start. He had to forget the past and do his best at life. He kept running. And he stopped and found a spot to sleep and stayed there for the rest of the night.
