Ruby & her sister are in their shared room playing video games. Their scores are tied & the final battle will determine who wins. Yang is proud & bragging her gaming skills as ruby, who looks annoyed, mimics her sisters words with her hand. Yang has bragging rights.
Yang: come on sis, you don't have to be a sore loser.
Ruby: you can't win every game yang.
Jing: girls! Bragging rights are necessary. Ruby learn to grow a thick skin. It helps trust me.
Weiss: this is why I don't play video games.
Blake: ditto.
Then zwei passed by their room dragging Blake by her bow. Yang turns her head to her dog. Scolding him that Blake ain't a chew toy. All the while ruby uses this opportunity to throw yang's scroll away.
Blake: what is your dog doing!?
Yang: ruby!!!
Ruby: I'm so sorry.
Yang turns back in time for the game to continue but finds her scroll gone. Ruby snickers & her sister notices it. She is not happy & ruby now regrets throwing the scroll away.
Yang: well it's not the first time it happened.
Weiss: this happened before?
Yang: yeah, but were siblings. We throw away stuff to get back at each other.
Outside beacon courtyard... ruby sign up to an ice sculpture contest. She is working hard chipping the ice block but there's no changes. She looks at her competition.
Ruby: huh, I guess I wanted to try & win.
Yang: yeah, ruby would try out a few contests & try to win.
Weiss: has she won anything?
Yang: just prize money/dust ammo.
Weiss use her semblance to create an ice beowolf. And Blake use her semblance & weapon to create an ice sculpture of herself.
Ruby: not fair!
Blake: depends on the rules ruby. Your chibi self could have use her semblance to chip the bloke faster.
Ruby is shock but gets over it angry. She marches away complaining about dust & semblance.
Yang: if I joined the contest my fist would help.
Ruby: chibi should have use her semblance as well.
In team RWBY's room... yang got Blake an apology gift for the ball of yarn. A really big gift.
Blake: Aww thanks yang.
Yang (giggles): you're welcome.
Blake look at her strangely than remembers 1 of a cat's habit.
Blake tear off the wrapping revealing a tea pot. Blake opened the box & bring out the tea set.
Weiss: that's really nice of you yang.
Ruby: there's a joke here.
Weiss: there is?
As yang started to talk Blake jumped into the big box. Yang looks at Blake & found her partner giving into 1 of the many instincts of a cat. To play in a box.
All the girls, except Blake started to laugh.
Blake feels embarrass.
Yang: this is better than the time I use a laser pen on you.
Weiss & ruby: what?
Blake: yang shut up!
Now we see yang playing on her scroll focusing on the game. Weiss pokes her with a stick on her right. Yang is annoyed then goes back to her game. Ruby appears behind her poking her with a stick twice on her left. This is getting on her nerves.
Yang: what the heck are you doing?
The girls don't know either.
Then Blake appears from above & pokes her with a stick from behind. That was it. Yang unleash her semblance as her team mates roast marshmallows around her.
Yang: ok I get the joke from here but pls don't do that for real.
Ruby: we won't but it is kinda funny.
