You Saved Me

Hyejin's POV

I hate myself, I want to bleed,

I cry at night, longing to be freed.

I think of death, there’s so much pain,

I’m losing myself, I’m going insane.

I feel so ugly, and so fat,

Life seems pointless, from where I’m at.

I’m sick of living with all this crap,

I feel like I’m suffocating, stuck in a trap.

Where no one can hear my painful screams,

they don’t know about my horrible dreams.

What's the point of living?

Everything just seems so unforgiving.

As I write down my thoughts onto my notebook, I let out a sigh. With my elbow on the table and my chin resting against my palm, I look up from the paper and out the window in front of me. It was already night time and stars were already beginning to shine. While staring into the dark blue sky, I could feel my eyes swelling up and my face becoming warm. I was going to cry. I shut my eyes tight, feeling tears roll down my cheeks. I let go of the pen in my hand and wiped the tears off my face and took a deep breathe.

I heard a knock on my bedroom door "Hyejin-ah?" My dad called out.

My back straightened and I looked towards the door "Yes?"

"It's time to get to bed now. It's getting late."

I looked at the time on my phone that was beside my notebook. 10:44pm. "Alright.. Goodnight, dad."

"Goodnight, Hyejin-ah"

I stood up from the chair I was sitting on and walked towards my bed, falling flat on my stomach after turning the lights off. I groaned from tiredness. I didn't realize how tired I was until I laid on my bed. I soon became comfortable beneath the covers and began thinking about school.

"I wish I was on holiday forever.." I said to myself.  "I really don't want to see or even go near Soohyeon again.. Please.."

Before I knew it, I was fast asleep.

Zelo's POV

"Oppa~" EunMi tugged on my pants.

I looked down at her and smiled "Yes, EunMi?"

"Can I have some more banana milk, please?" She asked with her cute puppy eyes. "I'm hungry..~" She pouted while look up at me.

I chuckled at her adorableness "No, I'm sorry, EunMi. You're not allowed to drink banana milk past 6 and you know that. And why are you still awake, missy? It's way past your bedtime!"

She gummy smiled at me, almost running away before our mother caught her.

"Got you, you little monster!" My mother smiled happily, catching her and carrying her in her arms.

"Eeeek!" EunMi squealed while giggling.

"This is my third time putting you to bed tonight!" My mother told her, walking towards EunMi's room.

Smiling as I watched them walk away, I walked out of the kitchten to my own room. I ran my hand through my hair as I layed down on my bed and looked at the ceiling. "Ahh, I wonder who I'm going to meet tomorrow.." I thought to myself.

My mother peeked her head through the door  "Junhong?"

"Yeah?" I turned to her, sitting up.

"Ready for school tomorrow?"

I nodded and smiled.

"That's good.. Well I'm gonna go to sleep, now that I finally got EunMi to bed," she said in relief.

I laughed softly. "Ahaha, alright. I will be too then."

After we both said each other's goodbyes, I got cozy into bed and started to have thoughts about school.

"Maybe I'll meet someone who can rap too.. Better yet, maybe even ride a skateboard," I thought to myself.

After a few more thoughts about school, I felt my eyes becoming droopy and I soon drifted off to sleep.
