Chapter 4: The undecided task

Star lays unconscious on the bed as Madam Profrey was struggling to see what was going on. Star knew because this happens once or twice a year. Star starts to wake up from being out for so long. "what happened?" She asked Madam Profrey who was standing there with worry, "Star you have been out for a whole hour, are you alright?" she says with worry. "I know whats going on"

Star sits up on the bed calmly after just saying that. "you know whats going on star?" Madam Pomfrey asks with question. "I-I do actually, I-If you want me to, I can tell you" Star replies to Madam Pomfrey. "Of course! If my patients know what's going on" Madam Pomfrey says to star as star explains what has been going on. 

~flashback~

'little star was only about a few months old when she was taken away from her family, her parents, everything, The dark source was after something and it was including star, Nobody knew what the dark source wanted but he will stop at nothing to have it. This was also the day Harry Potter lost his parents to Voldemort, at least that's what recalled, little star could not know what all happened only a light fixture remains in her memory forever'

~End of flashback~

Star looks at Madam Pomfrey as she stood there in shock for what star just told, "your one of the survivors of the deadly curse" Madam Pomfrey replies still in shock. Star indeed, in fact, was one of the survivors of the curse, But how? All of a sudden Orion bursted into the hospital wing with pure worry across her face. Both Star and Madam Pomfrey Looked at her with pure confusion on their faces. "Orion?" Star replies confused. "How did you get that mark Star' Orion walks over to them and examines it again. Star sits there letting her "I ain't repeating myself but It's from the Dark curse years ago" Star replies looking away, "One of the survivors" Orion replies, "How did you make it out?" Orion asks looking at star. "to be honest Orion I have no idea.." Star replies looking at them both of them. Star doesn't even know how she escaped the deadly curse, all she knows is the color that flashed before her eyes when she was only just a baby. " Star was only just a baby when this all happened to her, she won't even know who did it or how she even made it out" Madam Pomfrey replies glancing at Orion and then back at Star. "but star does need rest because she had a huge impact when she fell so she will last only a couple more hours and then I will send her out again" She replies and lays Star back down onto the bed. " I understand Until she returns i will search more on what this mark means," Orion says and walks out with full-on confident. Star lays on the bed with a small smile knowing she has a wonderful friend who will stay by her side.

Throughout the rest of the day, Star was finally released from the hospital wing with a medication to help with her mark, she carries it in her bag and carry's on with her day, though with the ability to read peoples thoughts, Star knows what every student is thinking. 'shes the last survivor from the deadly curse' 'how is she able to hide that mark now' 'is someone after her now that she has reached age?' all the students either whisper or think in her head. Star walks by them trying to ignore the thoughts, she didn't know what was going on, she really didn't all she knew is that someone was after her.  " hey watch it!" A students replies. Star grew startled and looks at who she bumped into seeing it was no one other than Draco Malfloy. " Sorry Mr.Malfloy I wasn't paying attention" Star  replied looking at Draco with a calm but a small stern look. " what ever mudblood" He says as he walked off. That was first thing star was even insulted with. Sure it boiled her blood but she knew holding a grudge over it wasn't going to solve anything.

The last two weeks rolled around and Star was ready to transfer into the next house she has picked after Slytherin, Hufflepuff was next, she didn't know anyone there and she was going to have some struggles as well as following a new scedual over again. " why did the hat choose undecided, why was it so hard for them to just put me in a house that best fits me?" Star kept asking herself as she made her way to her next class to finish up that course, once done she will do a mini test on what she has learned and will start next while she transfers into her next house. Students around weren't as encouraging as she hoped for them to be, only Orion was supportive and right now thats all she needs. Her and Draco were not in the best terms everytime she accidently bumped into him, he would always call her mudblood or other things, she would shrug it off but sometimes, the words just repeat themselves over and over again. " Maybe your a special student who is meant to be in all the houses, nobody really knows about the whole undecided call but it hasn't happened in years since Hogwarts first started" Orion replies while walking with Star to class.

Classes were normal as normal but something's just won't add up in Stars head, why would she come to Hogwarts when she's not a wizard, what was she? That was one question she would ask herself constantly and everyday, not even a teacher could answer her pleading questions, no one could. " miss star if you daydream every time your in my class would you care to explain what would happen if you add Bicorn Horn and crushed fine powder?" Professor Snape says as everyone looks over at star. "W-Well you would clearly get a Polyjuice potion from it, The polyjuice potion will allow you to to become someone else just by a small DNA Sample from them be it hair or anything" Star replies Looking at Snape.   "You are correct Miss Star but due to the fact you are not paying attention I will extract 5 points from Slytherin but seeing you got my question Right, I will allow you to keep them, Next time pay attention" Snape says as he continues on with his lessons. 'At least nobody will be mad at me for taking points from the house today' Star thinks in her head as she continues on listing to Professors Snape's lesson.

The day was taking forever to end and Star was about fed up with it, without being able to focase she almost risked losing more then 10 points from her house she was currently in, 5 was tooken in Professor Mcgonagalls Class seeing yet again she was not paying attention yet again. she just couldn't pay any attention to any of the lessons, luckily it was lunch time for the students. "Star! Over here!" Orion shouts from the table, Star relaxes and walks on over to her and sits down with a loud sigh. "I almost got 10 points taken away all because I couldn't focuse" Star replies and lays her head on the table. "Hey its okay, you'll get there soon, Even if you can't get your mind off something it won't stop you, I heard you got one of Professors Snapes questions correct" Orion replies with a big smile on her face. "Y-Yeah I did, somehow i just really knew that one" Star replies and thinks to herself again. All of a sudden a commotion occurs at the one end of the table. Star got curious and Gets up and walks over. "whats going on?" Star asks as the news paper was shoved into her face as she reads it.

Star looks at the newspaper full of curiosity and concern. When was there someone ever in the forest? And why?
