I should probably explain. My name is Benny Goodmen, I am a prodigy. I know, I know, it's like every story you've ever heard right? Some powerful person with a god like ability comes and saves the day without a sweat from all evil. Sadly, this isn't true. I am not a good person. I am a new General of Sector-3 of Enactment, codename Argon. This site is mostly a research & development outpost for our faction. Though we also have a decent number of ops here, so I should hopefully shine. I guess I should probably explain a little bit. The chain of command goes as following. We have Puppets at the lowest standing, they're mostly people enlisted at a young age and are still in training. Puppets are only on the field if they have an instructor with them, and never for combat ops. Next we have Recruits they are the second to lowest standing they mostly hang around the base training, talking, and fighting. If a Recruit trains enough and gains enough popularity, they have the opportunity to raise ranks. These Recruits must receive three signatures from three separate people of a higher standing, and must beat an Officer. Officer is the next rank, Officers are your general mid-tier they're the ground troops, soldiers, whatever. They actually do things to benefit Enactment. On ops of tier-3 or higher they are required to be part of a three-person party, a General and two Officers counting themselves of course. Next are Instructors they are normally more powerful than an Officer but it isn't a requirement. Mostly they're retired Generals, who teach at the general Instruction Camps, or Kuri schools. After that, we have Generals, they take orders from their assigned Major General and that is it. Even if a rank of a higher standing than Major General tries to give them orders, it doesn't matter. Generals are only forced to form a party if performing a tier-6 op. That's the basic rundown of the order of power in Enactment, there is more but I'll get into further detail later. Argon-3 being the research & development station it is, has three Generals, me included, though I'd just been transferred here. When I said I was a prodigy I wasn't lying, I am one of the youngest ever Generals. I excelled in my training and managed to get this status. I was taken into Enactment at a young age, and have known nothing else. Nothing of this world's cruelty. Until I became an Officer, and once that happened this perfect world I had built myself began to crumble. I was the first to receive a promotion ranking me up within a year.
