Falling In Love With A Bad Boy

Chapter 4

I put the car in park and stared out the windshield. 

"So, are you innocent like Chase says?"

I glared at him with my mouth gaped open.  What has my brother been saying to his friends?  I am livid.  "What?  How dare you!" I scream.

He reached over and pulled my head to him.  Our eyes locked for what seemed like eternity.  He finally leaned in and our lips met. it felt like pure heaven.  Just when I thought he was going to break the kiss, I felt his tongue press up against my lips.  I part my lips almost involuntary. 

I made a low moan and reached up to run my hand around his neck.  That is when he pulled away. 

Nonchalantly  he sat back and buckled back in.

"We should head back before your mother worries."

Still trying to catch my breath, I put the car in drive.  It was the most agonizing 30 minutes back to my house.   Travis wasn't talking or looking at me.  He was back to looking at his phone.  

I tried to focus on driving, not the kiss.  I was so relieved to pull in the drive.  I got out, grabbed my purse and Chase's gift and run up to my room.

I decided to hide the gift under my bed.  I didn't think that I could concentrate on wrapping it.   I put my night shirt on and lay in bed staring at the ceiling. 

What the hell happened tonight?   He acts like he likes me, then boom, he ignores me.  But that kiss!  My lips still are tingling.   I have been kissed before, but nothing like that.  I seemed magical.

I must have fallen asleep because I had the most crazy dream.   Travis was kissing me, I was pulled close.  We kissed and kissed, then he backed me up to the wall....

"Ally, wake up.  Grandpa wants to eat breakfast with you before he leaves." Mom hollered though my door.

"Ok I  will be there in a minute."

My heart was still racing from the dream as i dressed.

I get to the kitchen, only mom and papa are there.  Dad must have went to work.

"Where is Chase?"  I asked mom.

"The boys went to the school to get a few things that Travis forgot.  They should be back later."  Mom said.

We ate a turkey and cheese omelets.   Mom is such a great cook. 

"This is good Sue.  I wish you still lived at home to cook for me. "

Mom had a sad look in her eye. "Dad, you live 30 minutes away.  You can always come for dinner or i can send some home with Chase when he heads back to university."

"I don't want to be a bother."

"Dad, really?   It is on the way."

Mom packed a lot of leftover for papa to take home.  I know he doesn't  cook much and misses home cooked food.  Ever since grandma passed away 3 years ago.

Grandpa hugged us both and headed out the door.  

"Papa, maybe I  will come stay for a week before christmas.  I have 2 weeks off.  Is that ok mom?"

"Yes, I think your dad would be ok with that."  Mom smiled.

Grandpa was smiling big.  He higged me again and kissed my head.  "Honey, I would love that!"

We wave goodbye as he pulls away.

"You just made his day.   You are the sweetest child.  I love you Ally."   Mom  had tears in her eyes as she hugged me.

"Thanks mom.   I just worry about papa.  I know he is lonely since mama died."

"I know. I wish he would move closer to us. "

"I know.  Well, i am gonna go shower and get ready to meet Jane.  Remember we are going to the movies?"

"Yes i remember, I am not that old!"  Mom exclaimed laughing.

I get to my room and text Jane.  I tell her I will be there in an hour to pick her up.  Downton Abbey starts at 12:40.

I get dressed and head down the stairs.  The front door opened as I reached for the handle.   Chase nearly ran me over. 

"Where you going nerd?"  Chase teased.

"Going to the movies with Jane.  Bye shithead!"

As I open my door, a motorcycle pulls into the drive.  Who could that be?  Slowly the helmet comes off, it is Travis.   Man is he sexy sitting on the bike.

He glaces at me quickly, then climbs off the bike.   He doesn't  say a word, he heads straight to Chase at the front door.

What the heck!  He kisses me senseless last night, but won't talk to me?  I guess he is playing with me.  It is so frustrating! 

I take off to Jane's house.  I really need her advise.  She is waiting at the end of the drive.

"What is wrong?  You have the look."  She asked worried.

"Travis hel my hand thorough Best Buy, then kissed me in the car.  Not a little kiss, a sparkling, shake my boots off kiss.  But then  he does't talk to me.  I am so confused."  I relpy with my head in my hands.

"Boys are confusing.  Don't read into it."

"He asked me if I was basically experienced, then kissed me.  Tongue and all! Then he ignored me and stared at his phone.  I felt mortified!"

"Omg, you got your first french kiss!  This is so exciting! "  Jane squeals.

"Sorry I  am not as experienced as you.  I want to save myself for the special one. "

"Ally, stop.  I am not making fun of you.  I am just happy.  You got to feel a spark, you felt it right?"

"Yes.  A big spark."

"You are awakening.  My Ally is growing up!"

"Stop it."  I giggle.  "Let's go to the movies.
