It Started With An Ended Friendship

13-The argument

Raillery and Alex stood staring at their phone's "Elle?" Millie said "isn't she one of your friends, Alex?" "Not after this" She ran out of the house, Raillery following close behind. They had ran all the way to the school and into the Elle's class, which Alliah also happened to be into. As if it was planned out, everyone, including the teacher, started laughing. 

"What the fuck, Elle? What is your problem with us?" "You know the problem" "And i thought we fixed it. Is this the same thing?" Elle nodded "mhm, now leave, brat" "You act as if you own me." "No, you pretend like i don't exist. And you did the same thing to Alliah" "I was protecting Alliah and you fucking know it. And if i pretended like you didn't exist, i wouldn't have tried to fix the problem you had" "Yeah, protecting her is what you call it. I call it excluding her" 

"You know what? I was protecting her, you were the one who refused to stay with us that night. If you would have, i would have let her come. Whether you like it or not, she is a part of your life now. And outside of home, she is your responsibility. You need to make sure she is safe, feels safe, and isn't hurt." "If she would have went with you, i bet she would have ended up like Cassidy. Dead." Everyone laughed. "What is wrong with you people?" Raillery questioned. 

"Heartless. They are all heartless. I wonder if they would care if all their mother's died" Alex said, gaining silence. "What? my best friend dies and y'all don't care. But i say one word about someone you care about you get mad? pathetic" 

That's when what had happened hit them. Everyone, somehow in sync, turned to Elle and Alliah. "What? That bitch just said she wouldn't care if all your mother's dropped dead." Elle said "No, she said that we didn't care about Cassidy's death. Which she was right. But now that i think about it, it's wrong to laugh at that, and make fun of it. They have a right to cry, their friend died. I think i can speak for everyone but them when i say sorry, guys" 

Alex and Raillery nodded "Thanks, Henry" Alex said "Yeah, who the fuck genuinely laughs at a death?" Emma asked. "Them apparently" Raillery replied. "Elle, i believe a visit to the principles office is an order?" She angrily walked out of the door. 

"Alliah, you alright? please don't tell me you believe her" Alex said "I did at first, but then she did that thing and she lost my trust. I'm sorry i ever believed her" she hugged them. "And, i don't think i ever got to thank you for saving me" Everyone's expressions went to shock. "Guess what the headlines of the newspaper is going to be" the teacher said making everyone laugh. 

"Hey, Alex, do you think me and Henry could hang with you guys after school? I feel bad for what happened" "Yeah, sure. Where do you wanna go?" "Is the movies fine? There is this movie I've been wanting to see but never got to see it. It's called Ma." "I've been wanting to see that too! Is the 7:40 showing fine?" Raillery said "Yeah, Henry?" "Fine with me" he said. "See you then i guess" Raillery said. 

"A'ight lets get to your house, Alex. I don't think school is for me today" Everyone laughed "I'll just tell them you guys needed one more day off" the teacher said "Thanks!"
