3rd person POV:
Mandy was walking to an area she went everyday, an alleyway she knew was abandoned even if it was marked with the logo of gangs that were once there. She was walking and felt someone behind her. She turned, but saw nothing. She just shrugged it off and continued to walk to where her friends and her met up after school. She felt a hand on her shoulder and screamed. She turned again. Still she saw nothing.
There was a laughing coming from behind her, but it was creepy laughing. Mandy quickened her pace. suddenly there was a hand on her shoulder and someone shouting "BOO." Mandy jumped fearfully. The creepy laughing turned into a hysterical laughter.
"You should have see the look on your face!" a boy's voice howled in amusement. Mandy turned around quickly and slapped the guy in the face before realizing who he was and quickly apologised, but she was quickly met with more laughter. "You're cool. feisty. I like that." He said with a bright smile.
Mandy had recognized who it was that had nearly made her jump out of her skin. It was one of the more popular guys in school, Robert Darius, most people call him Rob though. He was a trouble maker even while being so popular. It was something she didn't find very appealing. She could clearly see why he was so popular though. He was very tall, about 6'2, contrasting to her short stature at about 5'2. He had big blue eyes that shimmered even in the little light that had been in the alleyway. His brown hair looked soft and shaggy.
He was cute and there was no denying that. Mandy scoffed and crossed her arms. She had dealt with Rob before and it left her irritated and him with a broken nose. With her redhead attitude and weird strength it was easy for her to hurt him. "What do you want Rob?" She asked staring coldly at him blue eyes.
"To talk with you," Rob replied with slight smirk. Mandy's only reply was her rolling eyes and retreating figure. "I'm serious" He continued grabbing the wrist of the walking girl. He would never have admitted it, but he actually had a small crush on the short, freckle faced, redhead. They knew each other better than either of them cared to admit. Their parents were friends, but the two teens had never really gotten along even with all the time they had spent together.
Mandy sighed and looked up at the boy her bright green eyes glittering with annoyance. "What could you possibly want to talk about that is so important that you have to stop me in an alleyway?" she asks seemingly calmly although her actions are anything but. She is very tense and her hands are moving in quick sharp motions. The boy went on to ask her honestly stupid questions, in her eyes (Which author is too lazy to write about.) finally he was done and they both said goodbye and left. Mandy was hoping that was the last she would see of Rob, but she was wrong. Rob had showed up the next day and the next day and the next day. This had continued for the next couple of months and Mandy had gotten used to his company and even started to develop a crush on the tall man.
One day Mandy and Rob were talking like normal while they were walking around the alleyway. Mandy hadn't gotten too much sleep they night before and as a result her balance was off. Mandy tripped over a small tin can and fell forward. She braced herself for the rough scrapy surface of the concreat only for the impact to be much softer. "Are you alright?" Rob asked a light tone of worry poking through his tough exterior.
"I'm fine." Mandy said with a bright blush. She noticed the position they were in. Mandy was against Rob's chest his arms wrapped around her waist. Rob was against the alley wall. Mandy looked up to Rob's face and took in his features. His shaggy, brown hair slightly stuck to his forehead with sweat from the warm day. His tan skin looked like smooth caramel and made his bright blue eyes pop.
Rob admired the small girl in her arms. Her curly, red hair made her look smaller since it was so poofy. Her green eyes were sparkling with embarrassment and love. Her pale skin was dotted with so many freckles they looked painted. To the tall male she looked perfect. A girl he's known all his life, yet never said anything. He began to lean in, a small blush rushing to his face.
Mandy hadn't realized she was leaning up to meet him. The kiss was short and sweet, but passionate. The kiss held the time they spent both recently and from before that. Emotions they weren't used to and didn't know what to do with came out and they didn't mind. It was at that moment they were glad about their secret met up.
