Yu-Gi-Oh! - Red Eyed Duellist

Turn 30 - battle for the bronze

yushida and hideki had both won their duels. they were going to be the finalists in this tournament. which meant that casey and alicia were the losers of the semi finals. everyone had left the building and were on their way home, it was still fairly early in the day though so the group decided they would do something before they all went home.

"so what do you guys wanna do?" Rebecca looked over at the others.

hideo began to think. "i'm kinda hungry so maybe we could all get a hot dog or something?" hideo suggested.

"that actually sounds good." yushida chuckled.

not too long later the group were in a small fast food restaurant called USA chicken. The buidling was a red colour and on the front of the building was a large sign with a chicken wearing a red hat. it was more funny than serious but still it seemed to send a friendly message. in the building the group were all eating things ranging from burgers, to chicken strips to pizza.

"how much did this come to?" Yushida asked.

"about 5000 yen...but then think of it like this..there are like 7 of us here." robby replied just before he took a bit of his burger.

"its hard to imagine rich people eating regular old fast food like us. "hideo muttered.

"just because someone comes from a rich back ground doesn't always mean every meal they have will be caviar and other highly pricey delicacies." Casey replied. "quite often i prefer to just have a simple burger or piece of chicken over a plate full of lobster, veal and caviar." casey continued.

Robby looked at alicia. "you know...yushida and hideki are the finalists and they are duelling for 1st place tomorrow."

"and hudeki wants to hurt yushida. "alicia replied.

"well that too...but think of it...they are going to determine 1st and 2nd place in the tournament...shouldn't there also be a duel to determine 3rd and 4th place?" Robby questioned.

alicia and casey both looked at each other, both seeming to question this as well.

"he has a point...we could just stick to being in the 'top 4' but i do feel that if we both had a duel to determine who would be the 3rd place in the tournament then it would settle some things." Casey stated.

alicia stopped eating and began to think to herself for a moment before looking at casey. "i agree...i too would like to determine this between us." alicia smirked.

Yushida looked at Casey and Alicia before he nodded. "I think it'd be a pretty awesome duel. You're both really good and your decks are awesome." Yushida stated.

Alicia got up from the table looking at Casey. "Shall we?"

Casey also got up and smirked at Alicia. "Yes we shall." Casey replied.

The group all followed Casey and Alicia as they left the restaurant. Both were heading towards hayato games.

"Well hello kids!" Gemba stepped out of the store with ryuoko before stopping wondering what he had walked out to. "Oh? What's this?"

Casey and Alicia were both stood facing each other. Both of them had their duel disks ready about to duel.

"It would seem these two young ladies are about to duel." Ryuoko stated, she gave a small smirk as she looked at the pair.

Alicia put her fingers to the top of her deck, looking at Casey before she drew her cards. "Ready?"

Casey drew her own starting hand too before looking back at Alicia. "I am"
