Prologue

Taehyung and Jimin were the head of their trafficking business. They'd sell new people of all ages and ethnicities and torture them until they're pleased. When their victims and finally taken in, they're no longer human- but property of the pair to perform sexual acts; sex slaves basically.

The longest they've kept a victim was 7 years, but later died of injuries. They've made over $100.8 billion this year alone- so they could care less who dies and who lives. All they're worried about is their secret being exposed to the public. To avoid victims from escaping, they'd often torture them or blackmail them into keeping their mouths shut.

Of course, they wouldn't be able to be able to run such a business alone. They've had help of public figures. They go all over the world and take as many victims as they can. Mostly, they'd take people from places like Mexico or Japan.

Their torture methods would be either placing coal on their feet to prevent them from running away, shocking them with metal, or placing them in a box of different insects. No one could really tell what they were going to do next, but they all feared of the punishments.

Jungkook finally finished high school and is ready to face the real world. He moved in with his best friend, Jin, in Seongnam. He's been living his best life: going out to party more often, meeting new people, and having his own freedom. He couldn't ask for more.

The only part of his new life that scares him is when he first moved in. It was sunrise and he was driving in a ghost town. He looked around him and saw a tall, blue haired man shoot a teenage girl for seemingly no reason. He wasn't caught by the blue haired male, but still drove away from the scene as if he were being chased by the man.

Ever since that incident, Jungkook has tried his best to stay away from that part of town. He plans on never visiting that place again in his life. To this day, he's still too scared to tell anyone for his own safety.

Jungkook is loving the worry free life, but does come down to Earth every weekday when he goes to work or to college. His coworkers don't really pay much attention to him, but one coworker in particular intrigues the male. He goes by the name of Min Yoongi.

Yoongi is very chatty with the young male; always asking about his plans, family, friends, stuff like that. Though it's nothing out of the ordinary, Jungkook finds it weird how he seems so invested in him. Usually, those feelings would be shrugged off, but he's still paranoid.

Yoongi claims he's just being friendly, but he doesn't really chat with his other coworkers the way he does with the boy. There are many jokes about Yoongi crushing on the younger, which reasonably upsets the raven. Nevertheless, he still keeps in contact with the brunette and is trusted by him.

Namjoon is a senior in college student in Yantai, China. He's studying abroad as a marine biologist. He's always had a love for sea creatures- mostly crabs. His biggest dreams are to study the ocean and discover the unknown. He's the top of his class and one of the top students in the entire school.

His life has been so great lately. He found a lovely woman named Mei Yang a few months after he moved to China. He loves spending time with her and will often take her to romantic spots, but will sometimes bring gifts to her family to show gratitude.

He plans on marrying Mei sometime soon. They met when Namjoon was visiting an aquarium and Mei was working with the crabs. Of course, any crab lover would have socialized with another. Ever since, they met each other every day near the crabs and other aquatic animals.

Three years after they started dating, Namjoon knew she was the one. He'd do anything for her, really. She has felt the same way about him, from going to Ilsan to meet his family and friends, visiting his favorite places, and buying promise rings.

But recently, one of the male's family members have passed away and he had to go back to Ilsan for mourning. He took Mei with him for the sake of loneliness.

Hoseok has been living in America ever since he turned 18. He's been in New York City practicing English and making a new life for himself. He's most often seen to be teaching children at a nearby dance studio new moves and ways to improve.

He's even gained quite a following on social media with almost 30K followers on Instagram, 18K followers on Twitter, 1M subscribers on YouTube, and 10K on Tik Tok with videos of dance tutorials, singing covers of songs, or dance covers.

Everyday's been a new journey for the man, and he's been living his dream. Nothing could stop him and he doesn't plan on going back home to Korea anytime soon, unless it's for a tour or visiting family- who he misses so much.

He mostly misses his sister, Mejiwoo. She's also been popular with her clothing brand. She'll occasionally visit Hoseok in America and do sponsorships for her brother. The siblings have been very successful and happy, obviously being proud of each other.

One of the reasons Hoseok misses Korea is because his dog, Mickey. Mejiwoo is currently babysitting him for her future launch of animal clothing. When Hoseok finishes his U.S tour and Mejiwoo finishes her promotion, he'll have Mickey back.

His next step in life would be to be a backup dancer for Park Jihyo- his idol. He may be older than her by a few years, but he still adores her as if she has been apart of his life since childhood. He's only been recognized by Jihyo on YouTube, where she reacts to his singing and dance cover of her songs.
