Patience

Chapter One: Remembering

After a long day of school, the girls of class A-1 sat in the common area and relaxed after each taking their bath. Momo's hair was down and she was talking about new items she could make, Ashido was tired and listened to the girls conversations and nodded in agreement or giggled instead of talking herself, Tohru was full of energy and would keep adding to the conversation and made it more interesting, Jirou disagreed or agreed on people's opinions as they chatted, Tsu drank her strawberry milk while answering questions Tohru asked her randomly, and Uraraka just stood there, looking blankly at the ground, her lips on the straw inside the milk carton she drank without actually drinking the milk inside it.

Tsu noticed Urarakas strange behavior before Tohru this time. She got deja vu looking at Urarakas expression. "Ochaco?" Tsu asked as she poked Uraraka. Uraraka jumped in surprise, and this time spilled the milk all over her shirt. Ashido started laughing. "Oh no, are you okay Ochaco? Kero." Tsu asked. "I'm fine." Ochaco lied. "No you're not, you're drenched in milk!" Momo replied. She made a handkerchief using her quirk, gave it to Jirou who sat next to her, who handed it to Tsu who started rubbing the stain the best she could off of Urarakas black shirt.

Uraraka found this the best way to try and sneak away. "I'm gonna go change and sleep. I'm tired anyway." Uraraka lied again. "You need to go take a shower again." Mom insisted. "It's just milk Momo, chill." Mina responded. "I heard milk is good as soap!" Tohru said. "Yeah, but like, what is it that soap can't do." Jirou replied. Tohru rolled her eyes, luckily the girls couldn't see because she was invisible. "Okay then, smart alec." Snapped Tohru. Jirou rolled her eyes which all the girls could see. "Stop guys! Kero." Tsu responded. "Uraraka just got drenched in milk, an-" Tsu looked beside her, but Uraraka wasn't there.

All the girls looked around for their lost friend. "There!" Ashido pointed out to Uraraka floating herself quickly back to her dorm. The girls chased after her. Tsu was able to catch up to Uraraka the most, and before grabbing her with her tongue, Uraraka unfloated herself and locked herself in her room. The girls were panting and sweating from running after her. "Great!" Momo said as she caught her breath. "Now we all need showers!" "It's just sweat, we do it most of the day." Ashido replied.

As Momo glared at Ashido, Jirou said, "We should all go back to our dorms anyway, it's late." The girls looked at Jirou. All of them nodded except for Tohru. "I'm not tired!" She declared. "I'm still full of energy!" "You're always full of energy." Mina responded, and they both laughed. "We have a training text tomorrow, kero. Jirou's right. We should sleep." Tsu declared. "Awwww..." Tohru signed. "I'll take a quick bath before doing so." Momo said. "Goodnight Ochaco!" Momo said towards Ochacos door. The rest of the girls said goodnight to each other and Ochacos door before heading to their rooms. Tsu looked at Ochacos door in silence before heading to her own dorm.

In her room, Ochaco took off her shirt, put it in her laundry basket and put on a sweatshirt. She laid in bed and looked up at the ceiling. Ochaco was also having deja vu, her thinking about Deku while her lips were on her straw. She blushed and hugged her pillow. She hugged it tighter but suddenly imagined it as her hugging her crush, Deku, and blushed more red. Today, as they were walking in the hall to class, both their hands accidentally touched and Uraraka blushed hard. Dekus was embarrassed too, but not as much as she was. She thought about it the whole day, and couldn't get the freckled broccoli boy out of her head.

She wondered when the day would come that she would finally confess her feelings for him. A full year has passed since they both have been at U.A., and her feelings for him grew stronger and stronger. Her trying to keep her feelings together and focus on her becoming a hero became harder and harder, and the day that she would confess her feelings for Deku become nearer and nearer.
