Shay's POV
I sighed as I laid across my bed, while Sami was sitting in my desk hugging the backside of the chair.
"I can't believe she would do such a thing." Sami said sadly. "What are you going to do?" I then turned over on my stomach, and sighed deeply.
"There's not much I can do. She's pregnant, so if I try to fight her then I risk killing the baby. I might be angry with her, but I'm not a monster." Sami nodded in agreement.
"That doesn't mean we should let her off Scot free though." I then raised an eyebrow at her, while holding a curious expression.
"What are you suggesting we do?"
"We tell our manager for starters." My eyes then widened.
"But she could get fired."
"That's the point. Besides it's cruel to keep you in a band with the girl who is possibly pregnant with the guy you love's child. I'm not going to allow you to suffer and fall back into a deep depression, because you pity her." Sami said with a serious, yet stern, expression.
"I don't pity her, Sami, I pity the child. You know she's not going to care for it." I said with a sad expression. Sami then nodded, and sighed.
"I know she hurt you, but maybe we should talk to her. See what she plans to do with the baby. Who knows maybe she will let you adopt it." Sami suggested, which caused me to stare at her with wide eyes.
"Sami, when she has the baby I probably won't even be 20 yet. How am I supposed to raise a baby, alone, while being barely under 20?" Sami then smiled.
"You won't be alone. You have me, Donghae, and Yesung doesn't look like he's leaving your side anytime soon. Besides, who better of taking care of a baby? You or Jessica?"
"Me." I in a low tone.
"Who would give it all the love and care it needs?"
"Me."
"Not to mention when she has the child she will just have turned 19. Shay, even if it is Hyukjae's, you have a chance a having the child you've dreamed of." I then pouted.
"Yeah, but I wanted to have it on my own, when I'm ready. Not adopt straight away."
"I know that. I'm not saying you have to adopt the kid, but you know she won't keep it. If you adopt it and it's Hyukjae's, then you may have a chance with him." I then laughed bitterly.
"He's dating Jessica. I doubt he'll want me even if I do adopt his 'so called' child." Sami the sighed sadly.
"Shay, you don't know the truth do you?" I then raised an eyebrow in confusion.
"What are you talking about?" Sami then got off the chair, and took a seat next to me on the bed. I then sat up, and turned to face her.
"Hyukjae is only with Jessica, because he isn't sure if the baby is his. He's not with her because he likes her, it's because if it is then he's sticking around until it is born. He said he's not going to leave any child of his with a woman like her." My eyes then widened in shock.
"So he's only with her...."
"Until he can have a DNA test done." Sami finished. I then looked around the room as I tried to take in the information.
"That's why he gave me a hurt expression, when I left with Yesung."
"He hates himself for hurting you. But Shay, I'm not saying this because I want you to run to him. I want you to know your options. Besides you have Yesung now. He's your boyfriend. Despite how much you love Hyukjae, Yesung has proven himself more worthy. Yesung's shown you his intentions, but Hyukjae hasn't even approached you and tried to tell you the truth. You probably never would have known about half the things you know now, if Yesung and I hadn't told you. If Hyukjae cares about you, then he needs to prove himself worthy, Shay. Don't let him hurt you again, or let him think you'll choose him over anyone." I then nodded as I laid on the bed, and stared at the ceiling. Why did I have to love Lee Hyukjae?
