Derpy was sitting in the kitchen with the Doctor, eating a muffin. She picked up her most recent letter and started to read it. From: Melanie_Scratch. Derpy, is it true you have a crush on the doctor? And doctor do you have a crush on Derpy? Derpy blushed and went to her bedroom. She sighed and said, "maybe... Just a little... I doubt he would like somepony like me though... It would be nice if he did. I just don't think I can tell him. Even if by some chance he did like me, I couldn't be with him for the rest of his life, and I don't want to put him through that."
After Derpy ran out of the kitchen, the Doctor looked at the letter she had been reading. He blushed and sighed. "I-I would tell her I like her, but I just don't want to hurt her. Besides, she's so nice and funny, she's probely interested in somepony else. I don't mind though, its enough to be able to have her travel with me."
