chapter 10 - the book

3rd persons POV

Aria and kinji arrived at their destination, they walked side by side as they carry their luggage when getting off the plane, not speaking a word to each other Kenji looked over at Aria and watched the wind slightly blow her hair to her side, her eyes looking forward, he smiled as he kept looking at her beautiful face untill she got the feeling of someone looking at her, she turned to kinji with a slightly annoyed face as she raised her eyebrow.

"Is there something on my face?"  She said with dead eyes, kinji felt a chill from the way she looked at him,

"N-no not at all, i w-was just looking at other people walking b-by" kinji said with a nervous smile as he put his hands up, aria sighed and looked forward and kept walking. Kinji slouched over with his arms hanging and sighed in relief.

"She's more scary than before" kinji said to himself then he started following aria again.

Time skip

Aria and kinji payed for a hotel room. Once they walked in, aria put her bags down then looked and saw kinji pretty much jump onto the bed on his back, with his arms out wide as he sighed. He was very happy to lay in a bed instead of the seats that were on the plane.

"Ugh, so soft" kinji said as he looked up at the ceiling, aria picked up one of kinji's bags and threw it right at kinji's stomach, it hit. Kinji  groaned in pain as he took the bag off his stomach, 

''what was that for?" kinji asked as he looked over at aria, she was unpacking her bags,

''your bags ain't gonna unpack themself's, '' she said sighing  as she pulled out her clothes from her bag, kinji rolled his eyes and took out things from his bag. he looked over at aria who was pulling out a black book with a red lock out of the bottom of her bag. he didn't see her pull out a key ether, as he kept looking at her through the corner of his eye, he wondered what would be in that book that she had to hide it? and, where was the key?.  soon his eyes moved away, not wanting her to know that he saw the book, she looked over to him.

''its about lunch time, could you go and buy us something to eat please? i'll pay'' aria said with a oddly nice tone as she held out some money, kinji wondered why she turned sweet all of a sudden, but he didn't question it, he waved his hand.

''no need, i'll pay'' he said as he got up and walked over to the door opening it and leaving without saying another word. 

with kinji

kinji went to a nice place to get the food and as kinji waited on the food to be done he walked over to the window in the shop, he looked out and saw people walk by, then he zoned out, once again thinking about what's all happened for the past year and, what could have happened, was it fate that aria and kinji weren't meant to be? or could things go back to where they were, would it have been better if they just stay friends back then? kinji wondered as his eyes grew doll, feeling that his life has taken a turn for the worse, and feeling like it won't get better, even though he has a girlfriend it's not the same, there was something about aria that made kinji want to never let go,  she might not be as sweet and caring as shirayuki, but when aria is caring, you know that it's true, never fake, he loved that she would show her nice side to him back then,but it didn't last long, soon their love story broke, did she really cheat? could they still make it work even if she did? would she be willing to try? or was it too late for their story, maybe kinji needed to let go and be with someone else, let the past be the past. but he couldn't, aria being back means there's a new start, a new story to tell.

''um, sir. your food is ready'' said a lady as she held out a bag for kinji to take, kinji's doll eyes turned normal and softly took the bag, 

"sorry about that, i zoned out'' he said as he rubbed the back of his neck with his free hand.
