Y/N was scrolling through her Instagram feed.

"And James Charles is cancelled again." Y/N said to her friend Angelita.

"I'm honestly not surprised" Angelita said.

Y/N had been following James on social media for a while now. She liked his make-up looks. She never thought he would follow her back, as she was not like the other pretty girls at her school.

"In case you haven't noticed, I'm weird, I'm a weirdo. I don't fit in, and I don't wanna fit in. Have you ever seen me without this stupid hat on? That's weird." Angelita and Y/N said in tow.

That line was Y/N's favorite line from the oh so popular CW drama Riverdale. Y/N didn't like Riverdale conventionally, she enjoyed it merely for it's ridiculous plot and awful character development.

Ding!

Y/N's phone beeped. 

"James Charles followed you back!" Angelita read from Y/N's phone screen.

"Oh my god!" Y/N said.

"Too bad he's cancelled," Angelita said.

"Yeah," Y/N said with insincerity in her voice.

Y/N didn't hate James like any other person with a WiFi connection. She thought all of his scandals and rumors were stupid and meaningless.

"Anyways, I've gotta go," Angelita says before bolting out of the door.

Y/N's thoughts ran wild as she thought about James. Should she message him? Why did he follow her? Has he liked any of her posts?
