Dear diary ,
Tonight i done a workout from 7:30 to 7:55 , so that is 25minutes . I lost 470cal , i also done 7 work outs . Now here's a little saying for everyone boys and girls:
keep doing those workouts. It will help boost that confidence. (Remember though, you are all beautiful.)
