Joni 23 years old is now a mother of twin boys currently living in a small town in Kentucky called Louisville . She works for the city's hospital being a First shift desk clerk, she is a student at U of L trying to become a cardiologist due to her second son medical condition. Before having her boys she was off the chain, and wasn't a saint at all but like the saying goes every saint has a pass and every sinner has a future. Seems like God was right there with her at all time, but as Joni is trying so hard to forget her pass she forgets one thing Him, but he didn't forget her and the magic they made and shared although running the whole eastern side of Italy as a fearless mob boss, he will always have a soft spot for her in his heart but he will have his way and that is having her again that's the only way it can be either his way or death. With time we will see.
