Moving To New Jersey

Chapter 1

"Dad I don't understand why I can't just stay here" you said packing all your belongings into a box.
"Y/N we've been through this i'm not leaving you here you'll be fine"he said continuing to put boxes in the moving truck.
You only have your dad since your mom left you two so you've never had a mother figure but you have your older sister Alex there but she's currently in college so it's just you and your dad.
"I know but i'm gonna miss everyone especially Tyler" i said sadly, Tyler's my boyfriend we've been together for 7 months and it's gonna be hard to leave but we're going to do long distance.
After you were all done packing you went to your empty room and took a quick shower then changed into some simple black leggings, a purple hoddie,and white slip on vans. You tied your hair into a messy bun grabbed your suit case and went down stairs.
"I'm all ready dad" you said walking down the stairs.
"Someone's here to see you" your father said as he grabbed your luggage and put it in the car.
"Y/N im gonna miss you so much" he kissed your forehead and pulled you into a hug.
"I'm gonna miss you too but i really should get going you know how my dad gets" i said kissing him then turning away.
"Bye Y/N, I love you" he said as you walked away.
Those three words you've never said before, you knew you had strong feelings for him but you also knew it wasn't love and you've never really loved someone. Those words freaked you out so you pretended not to hear them and got into the car.
