"The clip began with her crying. Large tears flowed from her once bright eyes, sliding down her thin face, and landing in her long, blonde hair. As she reached a hand up to wipe the tears from her cheeks, a small, deep red droplet fell from her wrist.
Blood.
"I'm sorry" she sobbed "I have so many scars that I'm so fucking ashamed of, and it just keeps getting worse" she continued, her voice cracking at the end of her sentence. "Thanks guys," she said, sniffling "Brady," her boyfriend. "Sophie," her best friend.
And then she says a phrase that sends shivers down my spine "And thank you Skye'" she whispers, putting the gun to her temple "For everything" she finished, and there was a moment of stunned silence, before I saw her finger contract around the trigger.
I saw it before I heard it, the bullet shooting out of her head, and the deafening sound of the shot.
She slumped backwards, her blood splashing on the wall next to her. I collapsed, sobbing, on the wall next to me.
This was real.
Jade was gone.
